This is a great place for kids 12 and under. While kids 13 and over may like it, it is evident it is aimed at the younger crowd. But don't get me wrong, this Kiddie Casino is still a hit once you get into it, no matter the age. If you see a adult at a game for longer than 10 minutes and they have a stack of tickets next to them coming from the machine, do not bother them. The children will be running and screaming by the second or third hour that they are there with pizza and cake fueling them but that is normal at this place. You will want to take advantage of the refreshments because you will get over heated, from chasing some child around or playing skee ball. The pizza is almost the same as it was over 15 years ago, not that tasty. If you are hungry it will do but it is meant for children as well so don't expect too much. The bathrooms were clean and the attendants were available most of the time. Some games will cheat you out of a token but hey that's the price you pay when you gamble. This is a great place for those who thought about going to John's but are on a budget. I had a memorable time here for my niece's second birthday. I may come back but I won't be eating the pizza, instead, like a "good" adult, I will hang out by the salad bar. Edit: Back here again for birthday #5. Its pretty...
Read moreWe were really disappointed with the level of service we received during our recent party at Chuck E. Cheese. Our assigned server, Roxanne, was unfortunately very unhelpful and inattentive throughout the event. She rarely checked on our table, didn’t bus the area even as it became cluttered, and made no effort to help with the cake cutting — something we’ve come to expect as part of the party service.
What stood out the most was her attitude. Just 12 minutes after our scheduled party time ended, she came over and rudely asked us to move our belongings. There was no polite reminder or grace period — just a cold and abrupt interaction that made our guests feel rushed and unwelcome.
Considering the amount of money we spent for this party — which was not cheap — the quality of service was unacceptable. We expected a more organized, helpful, and friendly experience, and unfortunately, that was not delivered.
We’ve had better experiences at other locations or with different staff, so this was especially disappointing. A little attentiveness and courtesy would have gone a long way in making the party more enjoyable...
Read moreThe kids had fun that's why it got two stars. We had my son's birthday party there and were not impressed. Our hostess kept forgetting to put part of our order in after we asked for over an hour where the other pizzas were at. She didn't ever bring out the other two pizzas and the one we got was wrong and never corrected. She did however not forget to charge us for the pizzas we never received. The games were not dispensing the correct amount of tickets as the prize indicated. The best part was the stifling heat since there AC unit is apparently broken. The ticket redemption machines were all down except for two so imagine at least ten parents waiting in line to redeem tickets it was a nightmare. The management staff disappeared into the back never to be seen again. The salad at the salad bar was nothing but cores of lettuce. I've seen better lettuce at my kids cafeteria. When asked they said it was because all the lettuce was recalled. There were electrical boxes without covers which seemed to be a major safety issue but the management and staff didn't seem to care. This went exposed until we left a few...
