Management should really reconsider their employees in leadership positions.

Went there for the first time today and ordered 3 mochidonuts and a Thai tea. The employee at the register was fantastic however the other employee wasn’t.

So anyways, I’m waiting on my boba tea and the what I can assume was the shift leader, brought out a Thai tea and was looking for who ordered it. So I asked if that’s the Thai tea and she said yes, so I said that’s what I’m waiting on. She proceeds to ask me for my receipt which I put in my purse somewhere. I couldn’t find it immediately.

So she proceeds to tell the employee at the register “next time tell the customers to hold onto their receipts!!” Then she hands me the drink and says okay with the most vile attitude and turns around…

You never ever treat a customer that way and berate your employee in front of the customer EVER!

I would definitely retrain some of the employees in...

Oh man!!! It was only a matter of time til someone would finally bring Korean Corn dogs to fresno and yep they didn't disappoint! Unfortunately only 5 per order and the times and days are Friday and Saturday from 12pm to 7pm BTW come at least 10 to 20 mins early before the line. Ohh and other thing, It might take a bit of time to make for them but totally worth the wait! Amazing by the way! Flavorful and just full of delicious in every bite! Taste just as amazing as the ones that I have had previous to our trip to Dan Diego!Pricing is between 3.99 to 5.00 Not including the added potatoes for $1.25 or hot cheetos same price.

So the 2 bad things I would have to say is that the store is quite small so there isn't much room to wait inside the building while you wait for your food. And the other thing is the hotdogs inside the corn dog are quite small compared to the ones in San Diego, but other than it...

Mochinut is a cute little spot where you can order mochi donuts, k-dogs (beef, cheese, potato, hot cheeto combos), and drinks such as boba teas. You order at the counter and there aren't places to sit so you only have a to-go option, but the service is nice and helpful! The person who took my order easily gave recommendations about favorites when I needed help ordering and explained the process well. The flavors were unique and fresh, and because they are rice-based there's the advantage of being gluten free which is nice if you're going to have a treat! The donuts have a chewy texture to them due to the rice flour but are delicate and come in fun flavors. We got raspberry funnel cake, churro, and the seasonal blueberry chocolate biscoff and all were great (funnel cake was my fave!). Definitely a unique and trendy spot to get some...
