The food: good. Better than average, even. No problem here. I ordered a medium pizza with bbq sauce, chicken, olives, pineapple and green onions, plus a house salad and a 2-liter Mountain Dew. Kinda wish they had offered me a dressing aside from ranch, but oh well, I didn't think to ask. The value: good. Still cheaper than most pizza places, and a great deal considering the quality. The service: So very dysfunctional. The guy on the phone could not do math. I asked about the $9.99 large with unlimited toppings special, he said they still did it. I wanted chicken, he said OK but it'd be $2 more. Alright, no problem. But then when he told me my total, it was several dollars off. Asked him to break it down for me and the pizza was $15. That's $5 more, not $2. Then, he completely forgot to ask me how I was paying, so I asked before he hung up. Good thing I did, because I had no cash. The delivery guy had to call for directions. Poor guy, it didn't help that my apartment complex is like Fort Knox. I met him outside the gate and he didn't have a pen. Ran all the way back to my apartment to get one. Don't make your customers run...
EDIT: Always seem to be out of one of the toppings I want every...
Read moreThey Messed up on the order. Employee tried to charge me for extra large pizza which I did order, but he was handing me over the large pizza. I told him this doesn’t look like an extra large pizza. It looks like a large pizza.
The manager came by and acknowledged their mistake. Charged me for “Bulldog Pizza”. But my pizza was “Santa Fe chicken pizza”
The receipt was not even offered to me. I had to ask for the receipt in order to get one.
Upon simply asking, if they messed up my order? As I ordered an extra large “Santa Fe chicken pizza” but the receipt says “Bulldog Pizza”. The manager got offended. He started saying that we are not charging anything extra to you. My concern on that time was, that we simply want our very own kind of pizza, not whatever they can handover to us. Anyway, upon checking the receipt, it was clear, why I was charged for the other kind of pizza. As large “Santa Fe Chicken Pizza” is $17.99 but “Large Bulldog”= $18.49 (charged). Coming back to the manager, yes I was overcharged. They can keep it as a tip.
But, don’t tell me that you are not over charging me, when in reality you are.
One bad experience...
Read moreI just made the mistake of ordering a calzone from Pacifica Pizza.
The place is FILTHY and there is not record of an inspection online. There were flies in the non air-conditioned walk-in facility and the person (a female I think was the owner) merely shooed them away, she made no effort to kill, remove the flies. There was a raw pizza in a rack in the left side of me (cash register) and it was laying out with all the toppings and NO cover. I asked her if the pizza was real or plastic for display, she said “no someone ordered it and cancelled so it’s there till someone orders another pizza”…. I gasped. The counters and floors were grimy.
I honestly hope someone goes to this location to make sure no one gets sick. Seriously something is seriously wrong with Fresno County Health Inspection Department if there is nothing done, this was vile.
I am sorry to have to make this report because the lady was nice enough, the customer service was good. I obvioulsy DID NOT eat the calzone so I cannot say if it...
