The manager was very cold and rude. I ordered an orange dream machine. Her worker handed the wrong drink to me (a mango go go). She witnessed the whole thing happen in front of her and instead of trying to stop her from handing me the drink she let's me take it, open the straw, take a sip, and almost walk out the door. The only reason I came back was because the drink tasted off and it didn't taste like mine. I brought it back and her response was " I told you that's not yours" , when she clearly never told me anything. I was taken back and also didn't want to cause a scene so i apologized. She then proceeds to say she told my son and that because we were standing right in front of the worker it was our fault. She doesn't stop there. I’ve been to this Jamba Juice 2 times this week) the first time I ordered my drink and it took over 25 minutes for it to be made and the store wasn’t busy. TODAY, I go in and order the summer blackberry smoothie. It was a little busy today so I didn’t mind waiting. This time it took around the same time but my name wasn’t called, I had to go up and ask where my drink was just to be given two random drinks that claimed to be the summer black berry that clearly was not, not to mention I didn’t order 2 drinks. Denae is an amazing worker. We walked in on a busy Saturday night and she was completely alone but was handling the rush very well and with great customer service! She worked hard to keep the pace even though she had a ton of orders and we even heard her making sure that the quality of the smoothies was up to par!
