I went to pickup an online order and the staff could careless if I was there. They kept on doing whatever they were doing. After getting home and checking my order I realized we only received 6 pieces of chicken I ordered 12 piece family meal. The macaroni and cheese was barely filled up on 2 large sides and the coleslaw was the same. I tried calling the restaurant and it just rang and rang. So I called the national number on the receipt and spoke with a rude call center person named Jay from the Philippines. He was condescending and rude. His solution was to offer me a half refund. I did not accept this as I had to make food at home because we did not receive our food that we ordered. I requested a full refund. This was 45 minutes wasted on the phone. Then I went to the restaurant to speak with the manager and her response was to only give the chicken that was missing. I told her I don't need the chicken now and wanted a refund and was told that I had to call the national number. I called again and was met with again rude customer service. Another hour waisted. I never received any compensation for the inconvenience or their errors.
I would not recommend this place. I would avoid like the plague. Customer service sucks and the food quality sucks. If they make an error do not expect them to make it right.

As I was waiting on the order in the drive-thru, one staff packed half the stuff in the bag and was waiting. Another staff came in with gloves on but used those gloves to tie her shoes!! She didn't even remove her gloves and touched my food with the same nasty gloves! The coworker told her to wait. Then I reminded this coworker to give me a receipt so that I can report the incident. I was told to move the vehicle to the front to receive my order. I did and received my order but no receipt! I asked the same person the second time for a receipt and she looked at me and walked off as if she didn't hear me. RUDE!! I got home and the order didn't have the cookies either. My wife called today to talk to a manager. She was put on hold for 10 minutes the first time and hung up on her. They never responded to her calls even after trying multiple times. I feel that the entire team is working together to cover each others back and saving their job, instead of providing quality food. I see why people shop next door at Chick-fil-A! We were Beyond excited to see KFC release their Plant-Based options US-wide. They offered for one day in select stores a year ago, and they sold out by noon. I've been waiting for this day. I sure hope this sticks around, and we see more options (including vegan sauces).
I was extremely shocked and impressed to taste KFC's original recipe, its been over 6 years since I last had their chicken. The only negative I would share is there are no dipping options other than hot sauce and ketchup. Fortunately, we got it to go and slayed the box with Hidden Valley Vegan Ranch! (Yum!)
