Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Pearland

I never do reviews but I have to do one for this. Firstly the young lady that took our order was very patient and polite witch was the only thing that was good here. When we received our order I did look through it and they did get both of our orders wrong witch I did not make a big deal about, but the young man that brought our order out was not worried about anything other than if I was going to give a tip (really) once I told him the two burgers were wrong (it was only supposed to be meat and cheese) he said I’ll bring someone out here, the young lady did apologized and made it right I ended up giving her a tip. When I got home the chicken strips I ordered for myself and my son were so disgusting they were a dark brown black color I could only think of maybe couse of the oil not being changed and the tots were the same color my kids and I did eat a bit of it but most of the food was thrown away. My baby and I did end up throwing up if I could I would have went back to get my money back was not worth my 40.00 the only things that were good was the drinks and the young lady. My advice is to the young lady there to get a new job she is way to good for that place everyone else were rude on their phones and...

When the atmosphere is better rated than food and service that should say something. I ordered the Buffalo sauced jumbo popcorn chicken (should have know better🙄) and I wondered why it's even on the menu? It's basically popcorn sized crust!!! No chicken in it at all.. definitely not appetizing even for a snack!! Then in line (mind you) I ordered the yellow cake batter shake (which is pretty tasty) and summer edition red bull slush, a car in front of me and about 5 cars behind well the 5 cars behind got their orders prior the me and car in front when asked why the kid said Uber eats!! ok well maybe Uber eats should have their own parking section (just a thought) then after waiting 20 min for freaking drinks the kid finally comes out with the red bull slush and then says we stopped serving the yellow cake batter shake now keep in mind he carries out the orders another guy takes them. Umm at what point did you think me being told the shake was no longer served appropriate 🤔 Nonetheless the place would be great if they had a competent management team sadly to say they don't and the poor kids take the heat..please...

I hate to judge a book by it's cover but needless to say. This is place has the most unprofessional so called manager. I pull up at this particular Sonic (drive-thru) say hello and the young lady named Sarah replied hold on...No welcome to Sonic do you mind holding a moment. So me holding on for over five minutes then said hello again the young lady sttd I told you to hold on uggghh waited another 3-5 mins so I decided to pull up. A young man ask my what was my order I sttd I didn't place one he then said we didn't hear you I said because no order was place now I'm talking to the drive-thru window guy this young lady interrupts and said I'm the manager (Sarah-Pink Lace Wig, 2inch nails, with butterfly lashes) and I'm not taking your order because you were rude and I turned the headset off because I didn't want to talk to you get out my line. So yes I stayed at the widow and call corporate to report her as I'm driving off I ask another young lady what is her manager's name and she told me Sarah..so here comes Sarah being very unprofessional and foul...
