I placed the order for couple pizzas on my phone app. At 610 pm . After taking my order the app stated the order will be ready at between 6:37 and 6:42. To go to the portal and it will be ready. So I went with my son to pick it up, i gave him the number to access the portal at 6:37. He walked in and notice no pizza yet. They told him it will be ready shortly. Seven o'clock I walked to find out what was going on. I asked the person at the cashier and said that he had sent an email Stating that he didn't have the ingredients for my order and he can cancelled the order with a full refund. I said, you should had mention that to my kid is seven o'clock waiting for almost half hour here. when you told him it will be ready shortly. He said there is nothing I can do. You got your money back. You're not going to offer a pizza or anything for the inconvenience? Nope sorry you got your money back. Then I asked to speak to the manager and he said I'm the Manager. No name tag or anything on him. I asked him for his name. He refused to tell me. I asked again and he said Michael. Your last name place? He refused. I told him I was going to put my review of the three experience. A week before this my mother in law place an order picked up at the portal drove home to find out the order was wrong. My point is there is a lots of small food business going bankrupt for not being allow to open their business. And business like this little Cesar's not properly take care of their costumers. Read moreOne star because there's nothing less. Ordered a $6 Extra Most Bestest that now is $7 as you can see on my receipt. It's even in a Extra Most Bestest box. Look how we were robbed on the pizza, about half the pepperoni that's advertised. The inconvenience of driving back to wait on the correct order, the results. SAME ROBBERY AS BEFORE! Then the cashier who seemed to have good customer service said something that puts the cherry on top.. "It's all good sir, you don't have to pay for the pizza, I seen the pizza you brought back so this is on us" HAHAHA! I didn't get a refund, the 2nd pizza was exchanged for the first they threw away. My response... Of course I don't have to pay for it, if anything I should be getting paid for the inconvenience and not getting the pizza you false advertised. Unfortunately I left with a new pizza with still half the pepperoni. I have to blame all this mostly on the management. Oh by the way say Extra Most Bestest fast... Sounds like...
Read moreIt is unfortunate when companies treat customers unfairly. I live in a nearby community and I pass a lot of pizza companies like Dominoes, Pizza Hut, RoundTable, Me n' Ed's. I choose Little Ceasars on McKinley & Palm because they are one of the best in town. I went there last night from across town because they usual have good service and the bacon deep dish is made well. When I got there the pizza was burnt and they forgot to give me my crazy bread. So when I asked for it they said I never paid for it. I told them I ordered it and they made me pay for it. The experience is supposed to be a great one it was quite the opposite.
