McDonald's — Restaurant in Fresno

Ordered McGriddles egg/bacon. Given McGriddles egg/sausage. Went to meeting across town, took a bite, realized wrong order. Threw food on bag. Called to McDonald's about wrong order. Manager on site said ok to come get replacement whenever convenient. I didn't have a chance to come back to this McDonald's until nearly 2 weeks later.

My experience: NEVER go to this McDonald's again --- cheap service, cheap manager, ...people like them will never thrive anywhere else. This place just lost my respect and the 4 members of my family as customers; I have dozens more relatives who work and attend Fresno State, and I will tell them never to go to this "low-service" place again. How the heck do you expect someone with the wrong order from 1 week and half ago to come back and exchange for the right order? I have to show him the food --- the wrong food given to me nearly two weeks prior. Only this place. Is it worth my time or the management to dispute over $4.00? As a matter of principle - yes, on my part. Evidently, as a matter of bad business -- yes, on this manager's (name Henrique) part. "Our policy is that you have to show me the food." I said, "You expect me to come back with rotten food in my car from two weeks ago so you could [maybe] give me the right order?" "It's the store policy, sir." Wow, I thought...pathetic policy! I walked out in disbelief...and never to step there again. But Henrique and his crew are hearing from me and headquarters [Organization of Owners] as this store operates independently and does not adhere to the values and classy customer services of...

This was the worst fast food restaurant I've ever been to. I ordered a 20 piece chicken nugget along with some burgers. Literally got my food right after I finished paying. Of course, that would be wonderful if the quality of the food was good, but that wasn't the case. However, my biggest complaint was the chicken nuggets. They were so dark and dirty looking so I walked it back to the front and the supervisor was there. I told him I wanted the chicken nuggets fresh and he asked me if I even tried it. I said no. So he asked me if it's cause the color. And I said " Yes. Do you guys even change your oil?" Without even letting me finish, he cut in and said well if you want fresh one i'll get you fresh one. One minute later he walked to the table with the chicken nuggets. He threw it on our tray and spilled our sauce and didn't even apologized. So I opened the box and wow, it was the same pieces of nuggets i'm sure, that he just tossed it back in the oil for a minute. Had my friend this time go ask for a refund because that was ridiculous. So my friend went over and the rude supervisor asked him the same thing " did you try it? " Uh, well no duh sir i did not try it because how can something that we asked to be made fresh came out looking darker than before, smelled worst than before (you can smell the oil), and was literally given to us a minute after we requested it. I am SO PISSED OFF that I NEVER want to ever go to any MCD ever again. ESPECIALLY that one. RUDE and BAD...

Tonight i went at this location on drive thru around 8 pm the service was poor I ask for 4 mc chicken they give me 3 I didn't notice until I got home..I asked for a large meal #1 also when I open the bag to check half of the fries were on my bag I kindly ask the person who passed the food to me if they could refill the fries..she give me this look and told me she hat to talk to the manager, she didn't obviously she went to another young lady they both checking in the food bag and took it back for about 2 min. She come back with the fries container full and place it correctly on the bag this time..but when I try the fries they all were saggy gross I think this 2 lady's did it on purpose..you know the story..now becarefull when you go there I live 20min. Away from that location I did not went to talk to the manager I don't think it will make any difference..but difenetly not recommend that place and I will not going back there..Hope a serious manager read this and do something...
