Due to its close proximity, me and my fiancĂ©e go to this McDonaldâs almost every day. Well, this morning I put in a mobile order for a buy one get one free breakfast sandwich. When I got to the window I tried to hand her my receipt, but she wouldnât take and she just handed me the bag of food. It felt light so I asked her if my chicken sandwich was in there. She seemed annoyed by this⊠and said âitâs all in there, maâamâ very rude, and it felt as if she was urging me to get out of the drive-through so I left. In the parking lot, I realized that I was missing one of my sandwiches and there was just the other sandwich in the bag and a hashbown. I came back to the drive-through and everybody was nice up until I got to the window and the lady asked for the bag back. I gave it to her and she started calling me a liar and said âI gave you the wrong order, but something is missing⊠you left and ate the sausage mcgriddle?â I told her I did not. I tried to explain to her that I am a pescatarian, that I donât eat meat other than chicken & fish but she just laughed and said âiâm not the liar here, I know the bag used to be heavyâ

My family & I were at the Drive Thru window & gave the code twice then the employee at the window was very rude & was not trying to help the situation. I couldnât leave the drive thru because there was a bunch of cars so I approached the window I confronted her about it & sheâs looking at me all stupid & smiles as if I was joking with her. As Iâm pulling out the drive way I called right away & asked to speak to the manager in charge & from the tone of the person in charge didnât seem like she cared & said she will speak to her regarding what happened. I get it, itâs gets busy but if the employees are going to be having attitudes like that they should not be working with people & have more customer service. At first I used the self-checkout and i liked how it made browsing the menu easy... but since they always forgot something when I did I tried to go to the counter but was told to go to self checkout. But this time intead of coming to my table where I was supposed to be with the number placard they called for me to come for my food when I was already sitting down. I would have prefered to not do self checkout because at least I would have known to stand and getting up and down a lot hurts my health condition. Another customer brought it to me instead of the staff.
The menu is getting worse but thats more of a McDonald's corporate issue. Orange juice is not on the menu for breakfast, mcflurries snack size are not mixed which seems to be at all McDonald's. Self checkout is a nice idea but has glitches and isn't implemented as well as...
