The manager working at this location at 2pm Monday July 31, 2023 was very rude and unprofessional. We ordered an 8 piece bucket of chicken, thought the sides were included with the price, when we go to the window, found out the price was different, we cancelled the sides and just wanted to get the chicken. The “manager” seemed to have an issue with that since the sides were “already being made” and was visibly showing attitude and irritation. I, at this point, decided to cancel the order because of her attitude. We kept trying to get her attention before she went through with the process and she continued to ignore us then after that process we told her we wanted to cancel the entire order and she then started to shake her head and roll her eyes so we told her we were canceling the order because of her attitude and she says, all nasty, “well because you changed your order twice” like what?? because it’s so hard, returns aren’t that hard to do, I work in retail. She continuously kept shaking her head throughout the transaction; after she handed us the card back, we waited then asked if there was a receipt and she said, all rude again, “give me a minute”. Very disappointed with the “manager” and as a manager, she should be able to handle situations like this better. We told her this whole thing was awful and before we drove away, she slammed the window and it bounced back because of how hard she slammed it. Read moreI JUST got home, against my better judgment did not check order. Offered to upgrade my orders to a LARGE. Instead of 2 LARGE fries I received only one Almost LARGE fry spit in half (refer to pics) old petrified tenders , and no sauce! $20 + down the drain. I tried contacting location on KIngs Canyon Rd, busy signal the phone is off the hook as not have to answer to or resolve issues resulting from poor business practices. So it’s makes more sense for KFC HIRED help to cheat customers , ($20+) than to do their job and prepare orders, and or communicate/clarify shortages/out of stock rather than UPSELLING almost empty containers. It’s no so much about the fries the intentional cheating .. Why upsell an item they know full well is low and or not available.. Just out of convenience?! I understand there are certain practices and procedures employees must follow in regards to inventory, I get it however if laziness isn’t the issue , than KFC on Kings Canyon Rd should consider closing earlier if low or no inventory leaves employees having to resort to ripping customers off or at least train them to be honest and communicate menu options. Read moreIf I could give you a Zero, I would.... to the 'lovely' young lady working the drive thru this evening, you ma'am are the main reason for this review. I pulled up around 10:40, and the young lady over the mic, announced that you have NOTHING available, and if I order I would have to wait for it, 'Depending on what I order'.. I asked about a 12 piece, to which she explained that the fryers were already turned off for the evening, BEFORE closing, and it takes 20-25 minutes to cook chicken. I understand things take time, and I work in customer service myself. However, the attitude that she had and how she was bold enough to throw it around, not knowing who was on the other end of the order machine, was terrible. I was taught that the last customer should be treated as the FIRST customer of the day. If you only have a limited menu at the end of the evening. Post it somewhere so the customers are aware before pulling in. That's just my friendly suggestion vs. Having someone with an attitude basically saying that 'Yes, we are open, but you're not getting any help from me!'.
