What is the purpose for call-in orders? I have placed call-in orders in the past at this location. I'm given confirmation of my order and given the time (usually 15-20mins)when to pickup. Whenever I arrive I stand in a separate line from people who haven't placed their order and wait for my name to be announced which usually is right-away. However on January 14,2024@5:30/pm order #1028, after waiting 20mins,I arrived at the store to find a line leading all the way out of store! I politely asked if they had placed their orders? All said they haven't. I excused myself to wait in the pickup line (as I usually do)and wait for my name to be called. After a short period of time I asked if they had called my name yet? The person taking and placing orders rudely told me everyone waits in line as she points out the door. I explained my experiences before where after 20 or so minutes I have came in and paid and picked up my pizza. She(Graciela) said everyone waits in line! After waiting in line I paid for my pizza. My question is whenever you place an order and given a time to pickup is the pizza sitting the box marked with your name awaiting pickup? Because I was told to wait at the in of the line...my pizza was barely warm whenever I brought it home. Has the procedure changed? In the past I have been very happy with the pizza and the service (disappointed the foursquare pizza is seasonal)? It's unfortunate some employees don't understand...
Read moreI live in the southeast side but happened to be around the area so it was to the address 4550 N First. I ordered through the portal and picked it up. I ordered 3 ultimate and 1 classic. When I took it home, there was only 2 ultimate and 2 classic. I was very disappointed so I called and spoke to manager about the wrong order. He insisted that I bring the pizza that was given to me by mistake and my receipt. I told him that my kids had already ate a piece of it. He said than there is nothing he could do if they had eaten the pizza. So I was over charged and since my kids was so hungry they ate a slice of it, I couldn't return the pizza that was given to me by mistake. I didn't understand why they wanted the pizza back. Were they going to resell the pizza to another customer? Cause if that was the case, I was going to report that. So to end this, I told the manager that I was very disappointed and next time to please show us our pizza before we take it home. Cause I obviously thought they got my...
Read moreThis little Caesars location is kind of annoying. They have those online order lockers (portals) available where you can enter your order code to pick up your pizza yet they refuse to use them. So the place is always totally disorganized, full of people waiting to order, waiting to pay or there to pick up an online order, WAITING FOR NO REASON!
Often your pizza will be RIGHT THERE on the counter GETTING COLD but you have to wait like an idiot (sometimes 10 minutes) till they call your name and you HAVE to pay extra close attention the whole time because they mumble names and don't speak loud enough. and if you see a worker in the back not busy and ask them to just quickly grab your pizza because you ordered online you get the "they'll call your name" brushoff.
Personally, I usually just wait for a cashier to not be busy and in that quick second I say loudly “I ordered online, I'm here to pick up. My name is Sam!” which is embarrassing and ridiculous because, like I said, they...
