Exceptional Dining and Entertainment at Me-n-Ed's Pizza Parlor
As a seasoned diner, I must admit that I was initially skeptical about the idea of celebrating Valentine's Day at a pizza parlor. The notion of navigating through the potential chaos of families and children seemed antithetical to the peaceful, romantic ambiance one would expect on such an occasion. However, my preconceptions were quickly shattered upon stepping into the welcoming embrace of Me-n-Ed's Pizza Parlor.
Arriving shortly before closing time, we were pleasantly surprised to find the establishment pleasantly uncrowded, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the intimate setting. The attentive staff promptly seated us, and we were instantly captivated by the impeccable cleanliness of the restaurant. While the restrooms could have benefited from more frequent spot checks, they were nonetheless well-stocked and functional.
The real star of the show, however, was the food. The piping hot, freshly prepared pizza was a revelation, with a perfect balance of flavors and a crust that struck the ideal balance between crisp and chewy. The generous portions and reasonable pricing only served to enhance the overall dining experience.
But the true highlight of our visit was the impressive arcade area. Harking back to the nostalgic pizza parlor experiences of our youth, the selection of games was both diverse and well-maintained. From the classic air hockey tables to the towering Connect Four machine, the arcade provided a delightful dose of entertainment that seamlessly complemented the dining experience.
While a minor hiccup with the bowling machine left us momentarily perplexed, the lack of dedicated staff in the arcade area was the only blemish on an otherwise exceptional evening. The management's responsiveness to our feedback, however, speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction.
In conclusion, Me-n-Ed's Pizza Parlor is a true gem, offering a unique blend of delectable cuisine, family-friendly entertainment, and a surprisingly intimate ambiance – perfect for couples and families alike. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a memorable dining and...
Read moreI use to love going here back in the day pizza was the best if you enjoy woodfire oven pizza crispy crusts and juicy abundance of topping. Back then this location was a dine in with a outside walk up counter. Fri and Sat nights would be packed especially during a new release movie weekend most recently they had to change with the time and they dropped the hostess and wait staff. I was in town and figure pizza would be a great pick me up bite. We walkrd in just about mid day so not really busy plenty of tables available. Me made our order seemed kinda simple tri-tip salad and sm 2 topping pizza. The salad came out no problem so surly a small pizza would be arriving soon. We nearly finished the salad and still no pizza seemed odd for mid day non busy location 10min 20min 30min went but still no pizza no we are getting a little confused and upset. About 15 min after salad arriving notice server pass by with a small 2 topping pizza make its way to the other side of the restaurant. Figured hey we are not the only ones here so whatever. But still with our taste buds longing for that pizza we start thinking did our pizza get sent to another table since the receipts did not match the table numbers given out. We wanted another couple monster then walked to the front to inquire on our order the polite young man look confused but quickly flagged down the manager. They had a small secret meeting. Manager calm came over saying oh it should be out next I'm like cool ty another 10min pass and several other orders came out. Finally just couldn't bare nothe wait and broken promises. Kindly ask for a refund and with out so much as a slight hesitation she bing bang boom all I need was to sign for my refund. She offered a few cold walk up counter slices from the window and boxed them up as a consolation gift. I think if I return it will be...
Read moreMe and my wife decided to dine there. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza. We thought the pizza would be a classic Pizza a pepperoni and cheese Mozzarella but it had cheddar cheese on it mixed in with the mozzarella. Also the crust the pizza dough tasted Frozen and not freshly made. Is very disappointing. A week later the company I work for treated us 100 + employees with a pizza day for lunch. In celebration for 90 day plus accident-free work injury incident on the job site. The pizza was bought from Me-n-Ed's 69 + pizzas were brought to feed over a hundred employees construction workers who are here building the new Amazon facility in Fresno California more than that three quarters of the pizzas that were bought from Me and Ed's we're not touched or eaten. I lost several of my co-workers which are construction workers who work hard and we build up an appetite who will just about eat anything at lunch hour how did you like the pizza just about every one of them said it was terrible. We had several different types of peaches to choose from so it was just not the pepperoni and cheese pizza. For my first experience but I did first Try Me and Ed's the atmosphere wasn't bad there was a wait time. As far as the pizza I don't recommend it I'd much rather have something like Roundtable or even a small Mom and Pops established Italian pizzeria. Cheddar cheese should never be on pizza and pizza dough should always be fresh and not hard like it came out of...
