Mountain Mike's Pizza — Restaurant in Fresno

This is the 3rd time I come out to this pizza place Mountain Mike’s pizza and it’s horrible. I used to live Mountain Mike’s pizza, I used to live in the Bay Area and that’s where. Always bought my pizza from. Now that I moved to Fresno this Mountain Mike’s pizza had given me bad customer service, bad quality pizza and is horrible. Today was the worst customer service than the other two times that I came before. The lady “Alyssa” was so rude with an ugly face of madness she had. She didn’t even looked at me one, she was speaking to the ground not to the customer that it was me. That’s very disrespectful, very unprofessional and uncomfortable to be there in that position. This is the 3rd horrible service so I will never come to this Mountain Mike’s Pizza ever again. How employees treat customers is the amount of customers you will have. If you have employees that don’t know how to do their job. They are scaring away customers with their actions. They should be more polite and respectful towards customers. I am very upset with this employee that I don’t even know. Upset for the horrible treatment I received at the pizzeria, I don’t think anyone should be treated how I was treated as a customer there. So sad how people like this exist. If they treat people like this at their work I just imagine how they are out there when they are not...

Frequent customer, not sure what happened during my visit on 11/23 I had mixed experiences that are below average rating. I was greeted with a warm smile from the staff, and the young man-cashier was attentive and helpful in answering my questions about the menu. However, the downside to my dining experience was the long wait, and very poor quality of food.This delay seemed to be the result of poor kitchen management or understaffing, as the restaurant appeared to be empty but failed to ensure smooth operations.

Unfortunately, the disappointment didn't end there. The food, sadly, failed to meet my expectations.My food was either soggy or undercooked. The pizza was terrible and seemed to lack attention to detail in their execution. It was evident that the kitchen staff were not putting forth their best effort to ensure proper food handling- not reasonable, it's pizza... Considering the positive aspects, the friendly customer service and helpful cashier, it's disappointing that the wait time and quality of the food fell so short. I can not say this is a good place for a quick grab, fresh pizza, or family food experience. -Save yourself the trouble and drive one more block to find plenty of pizza options. My husband got a gift card for Mountain Mike's. Had never heard of this place until getting the card. So we went to try it out because we had the gift card. We order one of the 20" pepperoni pizzas and one large all might specialty pizza, a small garlic cheese, and the got the salad buffet to eat while waiting for the pizzas. Also a couple drinks. Was taken back by the prices a bit, $114. But we had the gift card so we only had to pay a little cash. Not to bad. Anyways, we ate and waited. Took a bit longer then expected but when the pizzas were done, someone came from the back to tell us that our 20" on had gotten burnt a little... not expecting that sorta thing for our first time there. My husband was a bit upset, we asked to see how burnt. He offered to make a new one but we were already in a hurry. So we just took the pizza, the owner gave us a life time at that location on 20% for the burnt pizza. So that was pretty cool. The pizza was amazing, i will be going back and definitely using the lifetime 20% off from them. So if you want a very honest location, and great pizza. Try this...
