I cant even describe how horrible my experience was. First off I go there to replace my phone screen. I get the screen replaced I'm very satisfied at first. I go to work in the literal trenchs for some under ground electrical. I get some dirt in my pockets naturally. Then I notice that dirt is under the screen blocking the view of my front facing camera. I go back to get it fixed. I paid 400 to get it replaced, I want it done and sealed correctly. He then tells me he will take it apart and clean it and get the dirt out. I just go with it. He can't clean it and brings it back to me with more damage underneath screen. He is saying that we will have to wait for a new screen to come in and then put a new one on. I say I want a refund. "oh we can't do that" I'm pretty frustrated at this point. But domt want to cause a scene. I agree to just wait for new screen and hope and pray to God that it will go well. So Im in contact with manager through text and he tells me new screen is there. I go back immediately and he replaces the screen again. Guess what? More problems. It only works with my stylus. And he tells me I need to go to another store that can then fix that. I tell him no. He then says ok we can wait for another screen. I'm just numb to it at this point. I agree. Wait another week only being able to use my stylus. It really was a huge inconvenience. Finally go back after that long week. Get it replaced again. Now the screen works but now my stylus won't connect to my phone properly and I can't use air commands. I'm just done at this point. I can deal with that I guess. I'm truly thinking about asking my bank to a charge back to get my money back to have my phone fixed properly. Please dont...

My galaxy s22 ultra screen needed replacement. I called and asked if he had the same type of screen that originally came with my phone. He said yes and could do it for $300 while others were charging about $100 more for an original screen. I thought I was getting a good deal, but I found out later he had lied. He put a third-party inferior screen which easily scratched. The other shops had offered me that choice, but i wanted the durable screen that originally came with my phone. After he put on the new third party screen I accidentelly dropped the phone and the screen cracked even with the protective cover on. Please do not waste your time going to them for any samsung repairs I went to them to get my screen replaced for my s23 ultra because I wanted to save some money but I should of known cheaper is not always better when I got the phone back for one the screen is not the right screen at all it is supposed to go to the edge of the phone and it doesn't it has some super fat borders, secondly the always on display is green instead of pitch black so the color sensitivity is off and my front camera is clipped off because it is not the right screen for my phone overall not a good experience please don't waste your money and your time learn from me now I have to get this taken off and get the...
