Romeo's Pizza — Restaurant in Fresno

I thought I was tripping about a 3 years ago maybe even about 2 1/2 or something like that because the girl working here was pregnant with an attitude we got into it years later I go back remember her face. Deciding to give it another try they were uninterested in customer service her and a shorter Mexican girl was mumbling, everything I asked for with my sandwich wasn’t done and it was very flat and small, skimpy for $9 they were blocking the board while making them and plus I had my kids with me but even my son felt the vibe. I thought they were racist or something they were shallow as soon as I walked in, rushed me to order didnt care about what I asked for they made it how they wanted to half ass! but then as I was reading the comments, lazy and racist makes more sense it’s just this Romeo’s for everyone that had a bad experience! I don’t have this problem any other Romeo’s I go to especially the one on peach has never been a problem. It’s just this one and the taller Mexican girl is the manager so I’ll be on the bbb website next people like this don’t deserve to be making a profit ripping people off and expecting them to eat bs, when they’re wrong they won’t fix it they’ll just argue with u they have a sign that says no returns they know they be messing up. I should have taken a picture of those sad sandwiches before I fixed them up but they look like the other skimpy sandwiches in the reviews. 0/10 would...

On Friday 6-29-18 between 6pm & 6:30pm we went to ROMEROS on Kingscanyon & Chestnut in Fresno. First of all we placed our order and paid between $25 to $30 dollars for the service we received was awful and our food was horrible. The sandwiches we dried. We told the girl we wanted a Turkey sandwich with mayonise, lettuce, tomatoe, wax peppers and dressing and we asked for extra wax peppers and extra dressing please. And we said please do not add cheese or olives or onions to the sandwich please. I especially repeated my self twice. And again when our order was given to us. The girl said no cheese on the sandwich and extra wax peppers and dressing add. I said ok thank you very much. We came home and we put the sandwich in the refrigerator. At 8:40pm I got my sandwich to have dinner. And I bit my sandwich oh my god it was awful. I called ROMEROS and no one answered. I called again this morning and still no answer. I'm taking them back THERE...

0 stars ! Love the company but this location Is horrible. Been here a few times and everytime the service is worse. Today, I walk in the store and no one is in there waited 5 min at the counter before yelling hello ! A lady walks up from the back of the store as if she just woke up I asked for everything on my sandwhich including way peppers , she didn't put lettuce on it, and she tried to make my sandwich with out putting gloves on.. don't touch all the condiments with your hands! and when I paid my total was $4.25 I paid with a 10 she made the decision to round it up and only give me $5 back. It's not a big deal it's 75 cents but at least have the common courtesy and ask if I want my change.
