Round Table Pizza — Restaurant in Fresno

This place needs help ASAP!! The food is ok, just like a regular Round Table pizza, but the work place organization and customer service is in shambles. No line structure, people basically just walk to the counter and jump the line from what looks like a homie hook up but it's basically a free for all. My pick up order took another 30 minute wait after i arrived at the time i was told. The staff for the most were trying to figure things out, but the lack of either knowledge or planning seemed to get the best of them. as today 8/7/22 I and my family visited round table pizza to have a great time and enjoy a great pizza as family but our order was skipped and we waited an hour! until my wife approached the cashier to let them know that we waited really long time for our order! they seems that they didn’t care and my wife told them to refund the money back they answer that was not possible and to wait for our order cuz they were so busy but me and my family watched as they gave their order to people who arrived long after us! Went last night 7/30 @ 7:44 pm , great service from the young man who served us. However there was a group of kids making the place very uncomfortable. The worker”Elizabeth” was handing them out free drinks & refills. Even rang them up so she could use her employee discount , I sat right in front of the register so I overheard and saw.
