Iāve never been so livid and disappointed at a company Iāve shopped at for many many years, ever!
At the location in Riverpark, the Juvias Place display advertised the Sarahan Volume I palette but Volume 2 was displayed. I asked an associate why this was. She argued a bit and thought I was mistaken, clearly I wasnāt. She said she would look in the back. She came back and told me it was not in. I said fine and thank you. I proceeded to buy my items and leave. Although I did notice the associate did nothing to fix the problem at the display! She put the wrong palette back and did not change anything to prevent this issue for another customer. (To my knowledge).
When I arrived home, I called this location and SPECIFICALLY asked if they carried Volume I (this could have just been a fluke at the other location) she the associate put me on hold for several minutes and came back on the line and said āyes we have it! Do you want me to hold it for you?ā I said ... āare you sure itās Volume I?ā ( bc I was going to be driving across town for this) she said āYesā. I said āplease hold it and I will be right there!ā I travel to the store and I am exchanging an item I bought at the other location a few hours earlier and she puts the palette on the counter as she deals with the other item. I notice it says volume II! I said āthis is Volume II ... I specifically asked for Volume I.... she said āohā .... then she asked another associate (looked like a manager) to go and see if Volume I was at the display .... TWO seconds later she looks at me (not enough time for anyone to go check anything) and says āOh, it says we have Volume I But we only have Volume IIā. Iām fuming at this point bc no one seems to care their displays are completely FALSE and advertising something they donāt have AND has the wrong palette in its place so people that are trusting they get the right palette.... ends up buying the wrong one.... Thank goodness I was paying attention! They seem to not even care that a customer was completely inconvenienced bc of their screw up!!! I call the corporate office the next day and the phone rings and rings when you request an operator. Ā Ā Ā Read moreToday I went into the Ulta on N Riverside to purchase a fathers-day gift for my husband. I frequent this location since itās close to my house. I also wanted to take advantage of the promotion $30 on sun skincare and get the pool inflatable. As I was browsing around I took my phone out to check the promo. I found the section and looked through the products but didnāt see anything I wanted. I went to the next little stand in the middle aisle and saw the āfeatured fathers-dayā gifts. I picked up the Azzarro cologne and noticed it had a free gift with purchase. However, the sample for this cologne was not near the last packaged one. At this point no one has come and asked if I needed help at all. So I walked around the mens cologne area looking for the sample myself. I found the Azzarro shelf but no sample. This is where things get uncomfortable. From the corner of my eye I saw an employee walking over. I assumed she was going to offer assistance. SHE DID NOT. She said ā Um I need to take the cologne to the front for you. I asked why since I was purchasing it. She said ā itās a new policyā I said okay but can you help me find the sample. She just stood there staring at me and not speaking. Thatās when I realized she was sent over because she thought I was shop lifting. I was so embarrassed. This has never happened to me before. I didnāt know how to react so I just put it down and walked to the front. I told the first up front how uncomfortable that situation was. I told them if they had a sign I wouldnāt have had any issue taking it to the front but there was no sign and it was on the shelf just like any other product I would have grabbed to purchase. Note: I have purchased pricey perfumes and colognes for my husband and myself from this location and have never been asked to take them to the front.
I walked out and went over to Tillys to try and find another suitable gift for my husband but I was super upset. So after getting him a gift from Tillys I ended up just ordering him gift sets...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreYesterday my adult children were accused of stealing from this ulta on riverside drive humiliated, harassed, embarrassed , annoyed ,profiled,and definitely defermation of their character we will be contacting an attorney this happened Friday in broad daylight we have had prior harassing experiences here with an employee following to closely like we canāt even look! We were told by the sheriffs that their loss prevention needs to do better and they will be talking to ulta employees as this is not the first time of false allegations!This place needs to be sued you canāt do this and think you are gunna get away with it , if you are loosing 70 gran of merchandise check your employees because thatās sure is a lot sounds like an inside job to me! My daughters are good hard working people and they did not deserve this we have our proof this was false on your behalf so we again will be contacting an attorney we also know the name of the employee that called and will be posting it at a later date by the reviews we are not alone and we also know people this has happened to at this location the Riverside drive/ Herndon location all other ultas in Fresno are so kind and donāt hound you!To the employee that made this false accusation we will be looking to sueing you also individually as you caused all this emotional distress amongst what I mentioned above! You cannot treat people this way I worked for loss prevention and you need to be on your toes you can and will be sued if you are wrong and in this case the proof showed you were Wrong!!!!!By the way Ulta we have hundreds of dollars of receipts we have spent here but no longer will ,we will take out...
