Kevin Dyck was one of the best honest and genuine salesman there. He was really helpful and we found his suggestions useful. I was so satisfied with his service that I really wish they sold other furniture there besides beds but I will recommend him to family and friends. This guy knows what he was talking about. I went in the store complaining about waking up with back pain and just wanting it to stop. I knew I wanted a tempur-pedic and Kevin knew just what my back needed. After about two or three weeks of breaking the bed in, the back pain vanished and we sleep much better now. My boyfriend loves the tempur-pedic Breeze. It keeps his body cool and now it's easier for him to fall asleep when before, he would struggle falling asleep on most nights. This mattress was a good investment. Kevin did warn the mattress does have a weird smell and won't be as soft as the one in the store until broken in but the mattress and accessories was worth every penny. Store employees are helping criminals access customer accounts. I made a purchase for a mattress back in 2023 from the Mattress Firm in Clovis. On Feb 17th 2025 there was a fraudulent purchase made from the Mattress Firm Marketplace at El Paseo in Fresno CA. I reported it to Synchrony Bank, changed my passwords, filled a police report, filled an FTC claim, filled an FDIC claim, and spoke to the manager of the store. The manager informed me that the store employee allowed a criminal to access my account with my name and no ID. The manager took note of the fraud and stated that he would resolve the matter. Synchrony closed the original account and re-issued me a new card and started an investigation on Feb 17th 2025. Then on Feb 21st 2025, Synchrony notified me that the store still ended up processing the fraudulent purchase. A Synchrony Rep informed me that the store is not cooperating and that once it was reported as fraud, it shouldn't have been processed. The employees at this store are helping criminals access...

Mattress Firm located in the El Psseo shopping center is convenient and accessible. The manager Chris, was very pleasant, helpful, answered all my questions before showing any mattresses. Then he asked questions to be able to guide me through the process of finding the mattress. It was pleasant experience and was never pressured to buy up. Chris lets you compare and knows what each mattress offers to you. He is concerned about any health problems you may have and knows what you may need. Always concerned about safety and COVID19 requirements. Delivery was the next day.
