Target — Local services in Fresno

Congrats to this Target location. I’m a huge shopper and spender. I normally take the self checkout or online shopping approach, but for some quaint reason I wanted to stop and gander through the store to find miscellaneous. My experience expected as usual walking through a Target location is very minimal contact from an employee while I shop until needed. My significant other and I made our way through kitchen and home, then to board games and electronics. Seeing it’s the Black Friday Sales event amass, surely questions and assistance will be needed by all. Granted in the electronics department Tv’s and the latest games are an important need at the moment for all. Hence why lines or a waiting section is needed. We needed a question answered in regards to a concerning matter of in-store policies compared to other retailers policy. We waited in line while representatives where in need of proper assistance for their current customers and Tv carry-outs. When it was time for meeting an employee for help after pressing the help button at the kiosk on the counter, an inconvenient customer abruptly pulled or representative away from us. Granted there was a quarrel amidst of who was first and been waiting and needed proper assistance. Overall we only let bygones aside because we aren’t of that character like the other customer who wasn’t even near any vicinity when there was a line of 3+ including us. Thankfully enough a gentleman by the name of John Doyle seen the minor altercation and approached us and told us personally he’d more than happy to assist despite the troubles we went through and the time we wasted to be skipped upon. Mr. John assisted myself and my misses, made our shopping experience and time worthwhile and companied. Almost and surely this experience before John Doyle stopped by could have forfeited our shopping views about Target of not wanting to come back to this location. This location has potential like the Marina, Ca. Target and their Riverpark on Blackstone sister store location. Thank you Mr. John Doyle for a great shopping experience, and as promise I know this was an unexpected review, but I did promise that I will make known to your company how appreciative I am for good intentions of assisting a customer of little need that now has made many and others to take their time to read this review. I live in Madera there not many things to do. Madera has the worst store to go shopping, we only have a Walmart and food 4 less to buy your everyday items. One day my sister visit this store with her friends. She told me "This target is better than the Walmart we have in Madera". So the next day she invited use to shop here, I could honestly say it's way better than any store we have in Madera. They have a bigger section of food and home decor. This target is also close to a verity of restaurant so you can shop and dine all in the same area. The target is very clean and has well maintain bathrooms. The store has a good selection of men's cloths, and a few Manga selection purchase from. In Madera we don't have any store to buy manga so I was surprised that target had manga. My sister is a big anime fan so she went crazy and bought over two hundred dollars of Manga. This target is very close to Madera only fourteen minutes away and there are other stores in the area too shop at. We really need more...

The store is always neat and well organized! The prices are reasonable, especially with cartwheel and the Redcard. The quality of things are good. Most cashiers and other employees are friendly and helpful. My last two recent trips at the NW Fresno Target were very satisfying. Juan at electronics was helpful! He actually took his time to check if the piano I wanted to purchase was in the back when the other guy whom I think was in charge of the elctronics department was not as helpful when I asked if they had the piano keyboard in the back he said no right away without checking! I am glad Juan actually did his job by jelping the customer, me. Also today Rosemary was extremly helpful to me at checkout with helping me save additional 10% with my purchase. She also helped the guy infront of me in line with getting discount. This showed me she does like to help the cuatomers take the advantages of great deals Target has to offer! Thumbs up for these...
