Xmas Eve, Disappointed. We booked the room in advance and specifically requested a quiet room. The room we got was on a side facing the railroad tracks. Loud horn-blowing trains were passing every 20min-1h since that side is facing a major RR crossing for the main road. It was very loud and impossible to rest and get sleep. We walked to the front desk and asked to change a room to the other side of the hotel, she said she cannot do it. We asked for earplugs - nothing she can offer. We tried to fall asleep but it was impossible. So we requested to change our room again, at this time we got moved to another side of the building after we asked for a manager. It was quiet, however this time, people upstairs had a party (loud talks, screaming, running, jumping, throwing stuff -sounded like weights dropping) at 12am. The night girl was good she got them to quiet down until 4 am when we were awoken by another bonk and running sounds. Called the front desk again and she seemed to quiet them down again. Peace and quiet till wake-up time finally. Hotel Management: This problem could be solved by giving guests who request quiet rooms the non-train side, and making sure that potential partyers get the train side since the floor and walls are...
Read moreI like the hotel, the check was quick and easy and didn’t ask too many questions which is a good thing because other hotels ask a lot. Also a lot of reviews were kinda false because they kept complaining about the trains passing by and the highway noise even though they had a box of earplugs for the loud noise at the front desk and the earplugs helped me a lot for the noise and I had a good sleep for the nights I stayed. One other thing is that my family liked it a lot but they don’t think it’s good for kids because it smells like smoke and chemicals and that smell is not good for them. Another thing is that is was really hot in the rooms and we came in the summer and hot weather and a hot room do not go together. Another thing is that the pillows were not that supportive and in the morning I woke up to a sore neck but overall me and my family like the experience. If you’re staying for over a 3 days I would not recommend to stay here. Also the food and snacks and drinks were really kinda expensive for my opinion and I could of got in them cheaper at a store and for a microwaved burrito it was 8 dollars and it was small for a burrito. I would not recommend buying...

Well that's the type of service I received. So I am an Hilton honor member. And I go online and book and mind you pay for my room. When I arrive the young lady working in the front denies my reservation says to me that they don't accept pay pal. So my my buddy who is with me has to go to the bank wells Fargo bank which is 15 minutes away to transfer funds. We come back to the hotel and book another room under his Hilton honors membership and the lady was having a problem with checking us in. I ask to speak to a manager she says there is not 1 working and I say oh so your working alone. No harm intended what's so ever. She turns and says she is denying us a room and asked us to leave. So we left. Now keep in mind not once was I upset nor raising my voice or showing any kind of angry posture or attitude. Totally blew me away that she refused us service. Iam very sorry if I for one second said or did anything to offend her. But I will never use Hilton hotels...
