Subway — Restaurant in Fresno

I was there two nights ago with my son, and there was two ladies there who were very unprofessional, with a very much nasty attitude, but the one that is the most nastiest is the light skinned Mexican one who the manager said her name is Lonnie. Well, this person makes the visit to this subway uncomfortable every time. Instead of tending to you right away as soon as you walk in or greeting you at all, or even acknowledging you verbally, she stares you down and goes behind the counter and hides behind the divider that goes to the back room and she'll give you nasty facial expressions which is disgusting to have to look at every time you go in there and she'll wait about 3 minutes before she finally walks up to you and asks if you want anything or if you're ready to order. She has this demeanor about her that's just gross and to top it off she's hideous on the outside which makes her ugly inside and out. Every visit to the Subway has been negative whenever she's there but this last time went over the top because it was her and this other Indian girl who wears glasses who were teaming up together and not tending to me for like about 5 minutes before they said they refuse service for no reason just because they wanted to have a nasty attitude and I was being polite and kind and I called the manager Daisy and asked her to look at the cameras so they could see what I'm saying and she said they're unable to do anything because the owner doesn't do anything at all even after getting multiple complaints about that exact individual, and that maybe negative reviews will spark some action on the owner's part. Upon arriving at 9:30 PM, I was promptly greeted by "We close at a quarter til". Once I acknowledged and accepted this, we were able to move on to why I came to Subway, to order some food! In particular, my standard 12" club on white with pepper jack cheese, extra tomatoes, cucumbers, black olives spinach and pickles. The ingredients are important to this review, as you'll soon see. Once I started with the basic meat and bread selection, I was informed they only had white bread. Perfect, it's what I asked for! They then placed 3-2-3 slices of turkey, roast beef, ham. Funny, a 6 inch gets 2-1-2, so logic dictates that I should get 4-2-4 for something twice the size. Not so important as the tomatoes, these are my absolute favorite part of my sandwich for which I request extra. The sandwich efficianado extraordinaire tells me their owner will not permit them to do extra tomatoes, which I rebutt with the information that the Subway standard is 6 for a footlong, not 4. They then tell me there is a tomato shortage and back it up with "We have orders from corporate". Disappointed, I let it go. They then place 4 cucumber slices and 8 leaves of spinach. I asked if there was a shortage of all the vegetables. Yes, I was being a smartass at this point, as I realized they were either a) lazy or b) extremely cheap or c) a combination of the above. Today Sunday March 26, 2017 around 6:30 pm my family of 8 came to this subway to order sandwiches we were in line for about 5 minutes then my mother in law had to use the restroom so she went and it was locked my husband asked for the key and the younger girl there said the restrooms are for customers only and he said I'm in line waiting my mother needs to use the restroom and she had the nerve to tell him to calm down she was very rude about it rolling her eyes at him the older lady working there said it was ok and opened the restroom for her as we were waiting in line the girl said who's next which seems rude to me she could have said "may I help the next customer" overall while waiting I was getting extremely upset so when my mother in law got out of the bathroom we left as my husband and I were buckling our twins in the car the lady had called security on us I don't understand why but we got in our car and left I have never seen such poor customer service in my life I have worked in customer service for about 10 years now and I'm completely shocked how we were treated we were having a night out with our family we went to the fair by Manchester mall and we're getting dinner at subway and since it was close to where we were we seen it to be more convenient for us to go to this subway but we will never return here to this subway ever again we had to drive back home and go to the subway by our house we love subway but this subway has very poor...
