Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Fresno

If I could rate negative stars I would. 12/23/21 around 8:30pm I went into this chipotle location with my honey. There was a line of people and 4 visible workers. However only the female worker provided service. One of the other workers (Matthew)that was refilling the line asked Jonathan that was in the middle of cleaning the wall to help. Jonathan’s response was completely inappropriate as he said, fu*k no I’m trying to get the hell out of here… and continued to clean… Matthew than washed his hands and helped the next customer… he asked Jonathon to get more brown rice and again Jonathon had a very unprofessional response. I informed my significant other they were clowning and I did not like the vibe I was getting. Once it was my turn I ordered a bowl with fajitas… Matthew noticed there were only a few fajitas left and they were not appealing so he asked Jonathon to get more fajitas and Jonathon right in front of me responded, “HELL NO!” At that moment I was livid completely at my state of disbelief. Matthew looked at me and said do you just want those as he pointed to the crusty vegetables that looked like they’d been there all day completely sweated out. Out of frustration and disappointment I responded, it’s okay I don’t want any… I was not greeted when I walked in to this store… as I waited in line I experienced unprofessional behavior from Jonathon and even why being weighed on I was disrespected directly by him! The worse part my food didn’t taste like chipotle normally taste and made me vomit and have an upset stomach the entire night. I don’t plan on returning to Chipotle for a while if not ever and sadly I’ve always enjoyed everything on the menu! Jonathon does not belong in customer service! He needs to receive the highest level of punishment as it was clear he was careless and I don’t trust him with food! I will be contacting corporate and someone from...

I’d put zero stars if possible. Food was subpar, nothing special about it. The service was terrible being that whoever put my salad together had the audacity to give me a few lettuce, little bits of chicken and a little bits of smoked briskets. Upon opening my order, I was asked by my coworkers did I order for pick up? I said yes. Then seeing the order amount everyone was shocked and even more shocking was the price that I paid and I tipped. Goes to show you that tipping did help the person who put my order together, have a heavy hand. It actually made their hand and spoon smaller. I'm told that they will give you more when you order there and if you film it, you'll get an even bigger portion. I'm never coming back and I hope you don't either. PLEASE READ. I went to this Chipotle today at 12:37 and was completely disappointed. I ordered the brisket bowl and noticed the food portions were smaller than usual, especially with the brisket. I got a half spoon of brisket, because they were getting low with this food item. My impression was that they were trying to extend the brisket by providing smaller portions. For $15, you can get more food, better service at many other different restaurants in Fresno. I won't be coming back to this location at all. Don't waste your money, go to Lilly's, Las Mananitas, La Piedad, or La Elegante. Very generous with their portions and the prices are close as well. Hopefully the manager of this location can address this issue. Unless, the directive to serve less portions is coming straight from the manager. Regardless, something needs to change or happen before they start to lose...
