Edit to add: Husband went to the restaurant the next day and got the money back. However, still no urgency in getting back to me as I just today, Thursday, the customer service person reached out to send out coupons that I declined. This issue happened over the weekend and you are just now calling me back about biting into a raw burger...hmmm Also to note they didn't know I had already gone to the restaurant until I told the person on the phone.
Initial review: Husband ordered a Charburger along with the rest of my family's food last night. After biting into my burger I found it to be raw inside. I tried calling the restaurant to see about getting a refund, however there is no way to talk to an actual person that can help me. I pressed the buttons to get to a person to place an order but they can only refer you to their website to fill out a form. They don't know how long until I will hear from them after I have filled it out or what type of "credit" I would be getting. I normally love their food but the raw hamburger has ruined it for quite awhile. The fact that I can't talk to a person who can rectify the situation with urgency makes me biting into a nasty burger worse because it feels like customer service isn't just as important...
Read morePlaced a mobile order 25 minutes before closing. Yes. That's cutting it close, but I arrived 15 minutes before closing! And only ordered 2 items.
I went through the drive thru, upon arrival, after my order was supposed to be completed. The girl working the drive thru said my order had barely come through and told me I need to come inside.
So, I waited outside for a few minutes, then went in. One sandwich was made incorrectly, but that wasn't the end of the world.
The real problem is my FISH sandwich was FROZEN in the middle. Not just pink or a little undercooked, BUT FROZEN. (I have ordered it MANY times and have never had it undercooked or pink. So, it being frozen was ridiculous. It was HARD & frozen).
Tried calling the store, but they closed already and did not answer. The manager saw me outside and came out to talk and DEFENDED the sandwich, saying they are supposed to be raw. I asked him, "Oh, is it supposed to be frozen too?"
