TERRIBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND TERRIBLE PIZZA Went inside store to order because was out doing errands Manager complained to multiple customers about how the "specials" were NOT good because the store is understaffed and they lose too much money...good for customer but terrible for store WHY WOULD YOU TELL CUSTOMERS THAT THE SPECIALS ARE BAD? YOU NEED TO COMPLAIN TO CORPORATE IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE STAFF OR INGREDIENTS TO SERVICE YOUR AREA WHEN SPECIALS HIT I saw 2 people walk out after waiting for 5 - 10 minutes each to just place an order after being told they'd have to wait a minute because they were making pizza The staff didn't flinch when the customers walk out, didn't even acknowledge them They didn't care because they didn't want anymore orders placed I even heard manager say that One young boy had been told to wait to order, and after waiting 10 minutes with cash in his hand, walked up to counter requesting to order and NOBODY responded to him. He stood there for another few minutes awkwardly and then walked out without a word. I felt bad for him because he was totally ignored. Customers were ignored and walked out upset My pizza was suppose to be double pepperoni and after 30 minutes waiting, I just wanted to get out so I didn't check it When I got home and looked inside, there was barely enough pepperoni to consider it a single layer much less double My stuffed cheese sticks tasted undercooked Oh, and they didn't even have large pizza boxes so every large was split in half and placed into 2 medium boxes. Ridiculous Stock your location before specials run so you have supplies and ingredients needed Request more staff to corporate if you can't handle the volume in your area DON'T COMPLAIN TO CUSTOMERS AND TELL US YOUR SPECIALS ARE BAD WHEN WE WERE EXCITED TO CATCH A BREAK ON A PIZZA DEAL.....RUINS IT FOR THE CUSTOMER I will NEVER go back there or order online...
Read moreI just want to say how much I appreciate dominos delivery drivers, especially at this store. Speedy delivery and respect for special instructions. Im babysitting for a family friend this weekend and I put on the notes please do not knock or ring the doorbell as we have a sleeping infant. And even as I met the delivery driver at the door, Floyd, was even whispering. I work at another dominos location and I know that from my other fo workers they blatantly ignore the delivery instructions like not ringing the doorbell etc, so I just want to say thank you for having respectful employees
Again, I want to thank this store for their workers and their service. I had gotten a timed order this time but I was still at my second job and I had to rush home to make sure I got it in time, and I called the store and I didn’t get the name of the man on the phone but thank you! I asked him to tell the driver, Emmanuel to please stay at the house and that I was on the way home. Read moreI placed an order tonight for 2-medium pizzas, 1-cinnamon twist and 1-Root beer. It was supposed to be contactless delivery but it wasn’t because the driver had to inform me that he forgot my drink and had to go to a store and pick one up. Ok, 15mins later he shows up and I start to eat. As I make it to my cinnamon twists I realize they forgot the icing that goes with it. I call the store to inform them that they forgot something else and he says they can have an icing sent back out. I informed him that by now the food is extremely cold and I want fresh cinnamon sticks as this is my second time having to wait tonight. He puts me on hold and comes back to say that it’s against company policy to send out another order and they can only do the icing. So I ended the night with cold food that I was stuck with due to mistakes on their end. I would have been satisfied if they at least attempted to try and resolve the issue but instead they come up with lies as to why they couldn’t. I will be reaching out to their corporate...
