I've been here a few times. It takes 30 minutes to get an order. I've been doing the mobile order and even with that I still have to wait in the drive thru with the regular orders so no point in doing a mobile order unless for points. However, today I did a mobile order and they handed me half my order without telling me that some of the doughnuts I ordered were out of stock and just let me drive away! The girl giving me my order didn't know what she doing and it seems like they don't have a separate place for mobile orders so they are mixed in on the counter with drive thru orders. So, I drove back to go get the rest of my order and the girl was so casual about it. No apology and was like 'yeah, we can hold it for you and you can pick it up in the morning.' Um no. She even offered me other replacement doughnuts but they were all cheaper than what I ordered. No offer for a refund either. It seemed like they were going to steal my money right in front of me and they didn't care. It wasn't until I insisted I get a refund that they gave me a refund with the card on used on the mobile. It felt sketchy.
Edit: Went there again because I really wanted to try the mini bagels. Waited well over thirty minutes. They got my order wrong and there was a lady in a hijab who was extremely rude. She was rude to be and she was yelling at the other employees! This store needs to fix how it operates. There are other fast food places who are well organized and even with extremely long lines, you get through there in ten minutes. Also the donuts are old and flat! I don't know what happened but all the donuts I've gotten here have...
Read moreSeriously Overpriced and Highly Disappointed! Grew up on Dunkin Donuts in the midwest, was glad to have one so close to home. Sadly they will NOT have any more of my business! 6/18/2015 Drive Thru Service - ordered Bagel and coffee combo ($3.59 pre tax), gave the young lady a $20 (the only cash I had on me) was on a conference call so I was a bit distracted, was given my order and I drove off. A few hours later I went to my wallet for cash and realized I was NEVER given change or a register receipt had a order receipt which included everything except any monetary info. I immediately called the store, no manager on site, and spoke with a very nice and genuinely concerned young man (team member), he took my contact info and said he would attempt to reach a manager. Several hours later this young man called me back, he attempted to reach several people without a response, asked if I could call back in the morning. I called mid morning asked for a manager, explained my situation again to an older woman who said she wasn't from that store, (just there helping) all managers at the time were with guests, she took my info and said someone would call me back. Four hours later I had to call them back and was given to some woman who could barely speak English, said she was a manager, told me she was aware of my concern and she checked her register reconciliation from the day before and nothing was out of balance so nothing she could do for me! I do not like being accusatory, but it is very obvious if there was not an overage then perhaps her employees can not be trusted. Hope whomever benefited from my $15.00 in...
Read moreI am really sad to write this because I am one of the people that have used DD on a daily basis several times. I have visited this location several times and I have to say this, customer service is ways from being even okay. I can concur to those in the previous reviews that have mentioned how the staff lacked any knowledge about customer service or even to care about the business they are running. On May 16 at 6:17 am I stopped at this location on the way to a swim meet as usual but this time I used the drive through for faster service. While I am giving my order and clarifying the order with the cashier, who was nice, I hear another person confirming with the cashier and using the N….. word "Yes, N...". Immediately, my son who was next to me asks did you hear what I heard. After we have confirmed that we both heard the same thing, I drove to the window. There was a young man and had the ear piece as well, so I asked him what just you have said. After denying and going around, he says that he was speaking to his friend and points to the store; no one was present at the store at this time. After I paid for my order, I asked the cashier of his name (Mr. C. J) and left. This is the very first time in years of visiting DD I have heard such thing or been treated this way. If I have asked to survey DD in TX, I would give them very poor marking for the poor job that they are doing after they have expanded beyond their abilities. Now, I drive by DD and don’t stop for my coffee and that will continue till I receive an official apology from the company CEO on their bad...
