My husband and I are VERY picky eaters, and I will not go anywhere that uses fake oils like the infamous canola oil. I only go to restaurants that use authentic food ingredients absent of MSG or other toxic chemicals. ARIA is AUTHENTICALLY wonderful and THIS is the epitome of amazing food/ atmosphere/ service. Aesthetics: this restaurant is very, very clean. Even as you approach the building, you can readily see the meticulous care they put in. How cute is the light that shines on the wall with their logo! The lighting is so soft, and inviting. I can't stand it when I go into restaurants, and the lighting is so bright with those disgusting LED lights that make you feel like someone is screaming. Here, the lighting is on point, and adds to the relaxation.
Service: Our waiter was Abdi. So kind, so professional, and extremely knowledgeable. His wife brought us the food, and she explained that the saffron was personally brought back by her from Iran. Wow! What an amazing touch! Abdi made us feel very welcome, and he treated us like royalty.
Food: 10/10. It's authentic, no toxic, chemically-laden foods here! The owners are in the kitchen cooking for you! I had the ground beef kabob, and let me tell you, it was moist, juicy and full of amazing flavor. The saffron rice was cooked perfectly, and the salad we had was very good with their house vinaigrette made with authentic olive oil. My husband had a green stew, but I do not remember the name of it. It had a lot of flavorful herbs and I do feel like it came from the heavens above.
If you want authentically great food, with great service and atmosphere, come here. I do NOT know this family personally, and this review is from my heart. I do not feel that this restaurant deserves any disparaging comments. If you are upset that the prices do not fit your budget, I encourage you to go to one of the many fast-food restaurants in the area. Don't come to an exquisite restaurant, and expect something for nothing.
You have gained a loyal customer for life. Thank you for the...
Read moreAria Mediterranean has a beautiful atmosphere and a great location, and I had high hopes walking in. I tried the spicy kabob, the gyro sandwich, and the French fries.
The gyro sandwich was good, fresh, well-balanced, and definitely satisfying. The spicy kabob had potential, but I was hoping for a bit more. It wasn’t spicy, and I was surprised it didn’t come on a skewer as expected. Yet the presentation of the kabob was superb. The seasoning seemed to sit mostly on the surface, so the inside of the meat didn’t carry the same flavor punch. Not bad, just not quite memorable.
Now the fries? Phenomenal. Perfectly crisp on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside. Honestly, I didn’t expect them to be the highlight of the meal, but they absolutely were.
I’d come back and try something else on the menu, there’s clearly a lot of care in the presentation and ingredients. I think with a little more depth in seasoning and attention to detail on certain dishes, Aria will...
Read moreThe restaurant is exceptionally clean and well-maintained.
The employees are polite and friendly, making every effort to provide top-notch service.
The food quality is excellent, with authentic Persian cuisine that is both delicious and satisfying.
The restaurant offers a lunch menu during weekdays, which provides the same portion size as their dinner menu at a reduced price.
The rice is a little bit over buttery, and it would be great if the restaurant asked how customers would like their rice.
Additionally, it would be nice if the restaurant provided bread at the tables, as many other Persian restaurants do.
Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone who loves Persian food and appreciates...
