I am not one to leave bad reviews often but I'm highly displeased with my experience today. I walked in and was waiting to be served at the counter while a group of teenage girls stood in the back and continued to chat and ignore me. I know they heard me come in because a doorbell sound alarms every time the door is opened yet they chose to ignore me. I stood at the counter and waited for an employee who came out of the restroom to take my order. He was kind and polite and the only good interaction I had. I went to sit at a table and was disgusted at the state of the inside. The floors were DISGUSTING! Very dirty, sticky, and looks like they haven't been mopped in ages. The tables were also very nasty. All sticky, stained, and covered with dirty napkins. I didn't even want to sit inside because of how nasty everything looked and felt. I didn't even want to touch the trashcan to throw my cup away because it was NASTY looking!! The teenage girls were just all in the back giggling and gossiping loudly to where all I could hear was their business. I get that girls will be girls but very unprofessional looking when the inside of your work place is absolutely disgusting and you still decide to do nothing while working expect loudly talk about high school drama and who cheated on who. Like I said- I was once a teenage girl who wanted to talk to my coworkers 24/7 but I also know that I had job responsibilities and ignoring a customer and ignoring the cleanliness of your work place is not a great look. They even argued in front of me about who was gonna mop an area in the back where one of them spilt something. I badly wanted to suggest that they mop the whole place. I could understand if they were busy and swamped with a ton of customers but I was the only one in there. For being in Frisco, I expected way better service and cleanliness. I have been a diehard bahama bucks fan since I was a child and this was by far the nastiest location I've been to. I had a baby in a high chair with me and even though I was the only one in there sitting the girls couldn't have the common courtesy to bring my snocone to the table so I had to bring my baby out of the high chair (surprise, high chairs were also nasty) and go back up to the counter to get it. Just no customer satisfaction here whatsoever. I eventually just left because I felt like I was gonna lose my mind sitting in filth listening to teenage girls complain about altered state shirt prices. Again- if the restaurant was up to par and clean then chat away but it's a big turn off for customers to 1. be ignored. 2. not be served. and 3. have to deal with filth . Definitely not something I'd expect from a Frisco business. I'm sure a lot of drive through people wouldn't be stopping there if they knew what the inside...
Read moreI have gotten snow cones from this location for the past six years and within the past two months I have had the worst service I have ever experienced at this location. Each recent time that I come to this location, I have to repeat my order about three separate times over the speaker just for them to get it right and then once I make it to the window to pay, they make me restate my order. Nine times out of 10 they after all of that, they get it wrong and I have to correct them AGAIN at the window and give it back. When this happens they do not remake it they just add whatever syrup is missing so my snowcones are very watered down. I went to the store the other day and this was by far my worst experience. I asked for two half sugar free mango, half sugar free piña colada baby sized snow cones with a flat top and cream on top. I also ordered two other snow cones as well (both flat tops). Not one of the snow cones was filled even above halfway, and each snow cone that was given to me was made wrong. Again, I had to repeat my order at the window after saying it about 3 times when ordering at the speaker. When she handed me (what was supposed to be) the half sugar-free pina colada half sugar free mango with cream, it did not have the sugar-free piña colada nor did it have the cream and it also was not even filled halfway through the cup. I had to give it back to her and then she again gave me both of the snow cones but this time around they both were missing the cream. At this point when she finally handed them back to me, they were just full of syrup and barely any ice (again barely filled half way up the cup). It is to the point that each time I come I feel like my time is getting wasted as well as my money. It almost feels pointless to ask them to remake something when I’ve already said it so many times and they still cannot get it right. Each time I come to this location I have to hope and pray that I can actually receive my order without any mistakes. It is a shame because I used to love coming here. When my order actually comes out correct the snow cones are great! But not worth the...
Read moreIf I could give -10 star review I would. I have never been so annoyed with a Bahama Bucks location before. I have never dealt with issues at another Bahama Bucks before; only at the Frisco location which happens to be around the corner from my house.
Over the last month, and about 15+ trips to the Frisco location I have constantly had to repeat my order, and then when I get to the window to pick it up, it is completely wrong. This is beyond ridiculous.
Last night, 7/29, my daughter went to get 3 Bahama Bucks (2 Avalanches, 1 small) for us and one of her friends. She repeated the order multiple times and when she got to the window every single one of them was incorrect. When she had them remake them, they were still wrong. By the 3rd time, 2 of the drinks were still wrong. How hard it is to put shaved ice, juice and whatever else into a cup? 2 of the Avalanche cups were not even filled correctly. When she had got home, which is around the corner, they had settled in the cup and were half filled. Why? Because there is so much air/space in the cup because they are not packing the ice properly. I paid $30+ for 3 drinks that could have all fit into 1 Avalanche. This is complete Robbery. How is this okay?
The fact that you have 5+ teenagers 'working' in there at once, and all they are doing is talking and laughing and just standing around as if it was social hour is absolutely ridiculous. Why is there not an adult supervising them? Why would you think that these kids are going to work and do their job? And then when you hand something back to them to fix, they look annoyed. Why? Because they know they screwed up again, or because they have to stop conversating and actually do their job?
At this point it is worth driving 30 + minutes to go to another location, rather than sitting at the Frisco location for 45 minutes trying to get my...
