Worst customer service at any fast food place I've been too...literally we order a medium ocean water and medium orange slush. They bring the drinks out and it's clear the the sprite in the ocean water has no syrup in it. We hit the order button and let them know the drink had no flavor. They came out promptly and said it would be taken care of. The young lady brings out the new ocean water and it tastes even worse. Even less Sprite taste, again we had already let them know that the first drink had the same problem. So this time instead of calling someone out to our vehicle I just took the drink up front and tried to explain to the lady that came to the door what was going on. I asked if we could just have a second medium orange slush in place of the ocean water. She said she couldn't do that as it was a cost difference. After looking at the menu it actually wasn't a cost difference, however the lady acted like she couldn't help me. So we literally just left after paying for two drinks with only one drink. Read moreThis is the worst experience my boyfriend and I had at this sonic. We came on a Sunday night 01/02. I placed an mobile order and got there at 11:40pm but I was told by the closing manager in charge that she couldn’t make my breakfast burrito due to the grill not offering so she offered to make something else fried so I said mozzarella sticks since she offered to make something otherwise I wouldn’t have agreed to it since they were closing soon but that was a mistake. She wasted over 30 minutes of our time for no reason what so ever because we never got our food, I saw her make contact with us several times, we clicked the button to ask about and got no response so I knocked on the door and saw her and her daughter hiding in the back. My boyfriend and I saw her and her daughter sneaking out the back several of times and she. She realized we spotted her she was rushing back inside through the back door but we were able to ask her what’s going on with my order and she played dumb. Read moreLiterally took me 35 minutes for my order to just get taken. 1st time I pressed the button 15 minutes later someone tell me they will be with me in just a second. No big deal. I understand it is lunch time and busy. The light turns off a couple minutes later. Press the button again 10 minutes goes by and button turns off. I do this one more time and FINALLY someone actually takes my order. She lets me know it will be 10-15 minute wait which I reply “well I’ve already been waiting 30 minutes to order so I guess.” That’s just ridiculous. Even if they were checking in on the cal you would think if someone keeps pressing the same stall button they would be like hey maybe I should go check. I come here every lunch to get a drink and there is always a wait time. That’s fine again it’s lunchtime. However the person who took my order was rude and couldn’t even say hey I’m sorry that happened. We will get your order out to you as soon as possible.
