The Frisco location was not listed. Nevertheless, I consistently select the tune tataki. I requested it without greens to focus on the tuna. It was outstanding. The sweet shrimp with fried heads was flavorful. The egg omelet sushi was precisely as expected. A ramen challenge is also offered, with a $100 prize. Our server, Vanessa and JP the manager delivered outstanding service. Their contributions are invaluable to the establishment. #amazballs 😋 Update Once more, I would like to emphasize that the address provided is not for the Wylie location, but rather for the Frisco, TX location. It is imperative that this information be updated for accuracy.

During my recent visit, I indulged in the tuna tataki, albeit with a few modifications to suit my preferences. I requested the addition of onions and a crunchy element to enhance the dish. Additionally, I ventured into trying uni for the first time and found it to be a delectable experience, although I acknowledge that the ideal way to savor it would be directly from a boat fresh from the ocean. The tempura shrimp was cooked to perfection, providing a satisfying culinary experience. I concluded my meal with tiramisu, an unexpected choice at a sushi restaurant, but surprisingly delightful.

I would like to express my appreciation for the exceptional service provided by JP and Vanessa. Their attentiveness and professionalism are a valuable asset to the establishment, contributing to an overall experience....

Bluefin Frisco is really good. The rolls and sushi are on point. They also have other things like hibachi, noodles, and such. We ordered the Toyota roll, yellow jacket roll, a scallop roll, California roll, a snow crab roll, and a bunch of sushi. It was a lot of food but all that came out to $110 before tip. The value is pretty excellent. Big fancy rolls replete with flavors and even the simpler ones contain a lot of good flavor and come in 8 pieces (other nearby places only give 6). The waitstaff are attentive and pleasant to interact with. They even gave us a little complimentary tiramisu dessert given it’s their grand opening. We’ll definitely be returning. Oh, and the wasabi actually has some heat to it and they offer the low sodium soy sauce on the table with the regular so you don’t have to request it. Good food, good value, and a nice atmosphere with piano music playing and “Paws and Claws” on the TV in...

Horrible service. Asked for no ice, she gave me ice. Took one sip, flat. Told her about it and she said that’s why she added ice. Not sure how adding ice magically makes a drink not flat.

Appetizer came after the main meal. Had to ask if it was still coming. Food wise was good. Didn’t have straws for the then water. She then proceeded to put her hand on my napkin to check for a straw.

Weren’t checked on even though she walked by multiple times, put our glasses obviously shown needing refills. After asking for the check we were asked if we wanted to a to go box. Both of our plates were exactly the same, still a good amount left. Only brought one box, even though we asked for two. When check came, she didn’t take the soft drinks off, even though she took them back after the first sip. Then corrected check.

Cool place, good food, needs work on service/attitude...

Terrible. I just don't understand the reviews. Ordered the tuna sushi / nigiri. Look at picture. It was chopped. I asked the chef if this was correct, and he said yes. I asked why is it not a cut piece of fresh tuna and why was it chopped. He said that's how we do it here. We also ordered the Snow Lobster roll. If you LOVE mayonnaise and fake crab and very little, if any lobster, you will love this roll. Gross Soft Shell crab was soggy. We had 2 other rolls that my son described as "gas station sushi". Maybe it was a new chef. Maybe not. But We did see the sushi chef sneaking bites of food while he was making our rolls. Never changed gloves. Yummy.

My first time going here. It was a Sunday evening. The service was spectacular. The food came out quickly, possibly due to the timing I went or lack of being crowded. But such fast service amazed me. The sushi was wonderful and fresh. I had the crunch salmon roll, avocado roll, and the vegetarian hibachi. All delicious, the hibachi could be a little more seasoned. But overall great place, atmosphere, & service! P.S I don’t typically get dessert when I go out for dinner, Bluefin has a green tea ice cream & a mango sorbet that I really wanted to try but they were all out đŸ˜© so I settled for vanilla & it was still good, so there’s that.
