I am just gonna share my experience today and you guys can judge for yourself if it’s worth your time going there… I went and all I ordered was a drink and mozzarella sticks… They order 15 minutes later still was not at my car. I tried pressing the button and nobody responded after about two minutes. I walked up to the front door. Somebody saw me everybody ignored me eventually someone came out and I said hey where’s my meal and they went and checked, and it had been sitting out on the prep station for 15 minutes getting cold… So I reached in the bag and sure enough it was cold… Fine things like this happen I’m not gonna lose my head over it, but I asked to speak to the manager I see the guy go ask the manager the manager said no like he wouldn’t come talk to me and then the guy comes back out and I said fine. Just give me my money back… Nobody apologized. Nobody offered to redo my meal anything like that they just Had an attitude about it and I just felt like what a waste of 30 minutes total sitting there no food and now my lunch break is up. It’s so frustrating when establishments like this. Don’t show any care at all for your time and don’t show any remorse when they drop the ball… On top of that I looked inside the kitchen and it was disgusting. Read moreSEP’21 UPDATE: The service time has gotten better so maybe it was a summer thing. Gregory is an outstanding car hop who prides himself on personal customer service with a smile (shining even behind a mask). Several of the other gentlemen working at this location deserve a shout out (I’ll pay more attention to get names). The beverage quality has also improved (as soon as the straw shortage was remedied). GREAT JOB!
ORIGINAL POST: Sonic on Main St in Frisco is the WORST. If you’re not having to wait 15+ minutes for a drink ordered via the app, you might get what you actually ordered (50/50 chance) but then be told the runner doesn’t know which diet drink is which (they just work here).
There are just a few exceptions to the runners who in general have bad attitudes about their job - rarely are they pleasant, have smiles or say anything - other than the usual stick the cup, straw and receipt in your car window and on to the next. This entire location needs to be retrained.
How about being modeled after the hard workers at the location on Lebanon near Legacy. Heck even the Main St Colony store in general has nicer employees who work hard and somehow have smiles for the customers and a pleasant word. Read moreAsked if I could purchase ice from them, the person who answered the phone was rude and couldn't even answer a simple question. Literally all she did was say "hello" and when I asked her, she said no and hung up. Don't understand the attitude for one and It wasn't even a difficult order. Since she can't answer a simple question/phone call that tells me she doesnt do her job right, i guarantee she probably doesnt do the basic stuff which includes washing her nasty hands. I'm gonna let you all know, coming from someone who's worked in the fast-food industry, if an employee can't answer a simple phone call correctly, that means they were NOT trained properly.
