Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Frisco

I usually don't come online to write reviews about places that I go to eat or really anything for that matter, but Domino's has just REALLY rubbed my the wrong way and I don't want other people to waste their money and receive extremely poor service like I did. I used the Domino's app to order my food. Every time we order from Domino's we usually order the Two 2 topping pizzas for 5.99 each. Every time, one of the pizzas' toppings are chicken and hot sauce. The past THREE time I have ordered they have gotten my pizza wrong and I have to call the store and have them send me a new one. The last time I ordered when the new pizza arrived, it was LEFT ON MY DOOR STEP. The delivery driver didn't even have the decency to wait until I opened I the door before he left... TODAY, when I ordered my pizza, guess what, they got it wrong AGAIN! The delivery driver was very nice and polite the first time he dropped off the pizzas. We called and had a new pizza sent out. 30 minutes later when the pizza arrived, it was the same delivery driver. THIS TIME, he was extremely rude and made me feel like it was my fault that he had to come back out to deliver the second pizza. The way he looked at me and spoke to me made me feel so uncomfortable. He even handed the pizza to me in a disrespectful way. The new pizza was made so sloppy. I've never seen a pizza look so un-appetizing. DO NOT ORDER DOMINOS!!!!!! THEY SUCK!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON POOR FOOD AND POOR...

First of all I know it is a rainy night which means it’s a long wait time for delivery. I completely get that. But..... my order was placed at 6:39, out of the oven and “perfection checked” at 6:47 based on the tracker . While waiting for the next step which is delivery, I noticed it had been ready for 30 minutes at this point. I call to make sure everything was okay with my order . Girl answers and confirms it’s been under a Warmer for 30 min. , I then ask that if it’s not sent within 10 min I want a fresh pizza (which isn’t much to ask ) . 15 min pass and no notification . I call and ask for a manager and tell him how I don’t care about the wait but want a fresh pizza and he rudely replies that if he remakes it , my order will be put at the end of the line and take and additional hour and a half to the hour it’s been. Delivering an hour old pizza is unacceptable. My fiancée is a GM for another pizza place and would never treat a customer like that. That is completely wrong. He had no apologies. This was my go to pizza place . May have to...

My ex and I ordered your pizza at least twice a week, which I still tend to do as an unattached person. In fact, as a single person, I now eat out more than ever. Doing so has given me a rather unique perspective when it comes to dining out and ordering takeout. For instance, I now know that no matter how great a restaurant is, due to the law of averages, the more you eat out the more incorrect orders you will receive. Knowing this has made me more forgiving than most people, with respect to incorrect orders. That being said, this particular Domino's store seems to put out more than its share of messed-up orders. Of my last 10 orders, only two have been correct.

Last night, I ordered a large deluxe pizza for dinner. To start with, the box was large but the actual pizza looked more like a medium and, to make matters worse, it was sparsely topped. And, if that wasn't bad enough, the center of the pizza was soupy. In fact, the center of the pizza was so wet and nasty that I ended up having to cut off and discard about 3 inches...
