Hooters — Restaurant in Frisco

There is a Hispanic cook that is mad cool. However, a couple Hooters girls that work there are mad shiesty and scandalous. I do NOT recommend. Rude and fake. They need more God and less rap music. A couple of them atleast.

One had a boyfriend (I think it was Michelle) and still was giving out her number to my buddy like he didn’t exist. And then got mad at my friend for texting the number she gave him. (I guess she got caught up) Saying that he was harassing when I saw her give him her number willingly and happily. My friend blocked to avoid drama bc he didn’t know until they followed a eachother on social media and then she and her co-worker texted him from another number ridiculing him and bashing!! Pathetic and child like. Friend laughed it off, he’s an easy going guy but some people need to be fired and replaced. He didn’t deserve to be threatened for having a good time and being handsome. If you’re going to cheat, don’t have a man! And if you’re in a relationship that you care about, don’t entertain other men and then get mad at them when you get caught up.

And don’t have your co-worker sending crazy texts when you get blocked for being a fraud. It’s beyond unprofessional.

It’s kind of what you expect from a boujie location but atleast ACT like you like your job. And they’ll talk behind the older guys backs about how old they are and this and that. They should know that their job is to serve with a smile not judge and criticize people. Would give it a zero star but the wings/fries were decent and the drinks are what you would expect. A couple other Hooters girls there are super kind but there are 2 or 3 Satan worshipping ones in there. You can feel the energy. They were nice to me and my friend but the gossip about some of the other people at the bar was disturbing. If they heard what they were saying it would just make them feel uncomfortable and unwanted. I’d go to another bar in the area for sure where ALL are appreciated. Me and me friend are Hooters fans but this one made the whole franchise look bad. A couple bad apples can certainly ruin it for everybody, unfortunately. Worst Manager and server behavior story in hooters Preston Road Texas*

Future Customers, please note: I am observing this BAR from past one year. I see very less customers and all chairs vacant, Day by Day they are drastically going down with customer head count. But in past also I had bad experience which I have never expressed. But today it touches my ethic's when manager or server lady showed attitude and writing this review.

I have got Worst experience today in hooters Preston Road around 7:30pm 09/05/2024, We are two friends ordered couple of Beers and waited for 30 minutes. No response. Again, after few requests we got our beer order and also ordered appetizers. While ordering second round of beers they restricted to go for small count of beers as per BAR restrictions, We accepted their norms and waited for 30 minutes again. Our time is so precious we don’t want to waste time for their delays or regulations. We ordered third round, finally they showed aggressiveness and I feel it’s racism. We called manager for help and he also showed same racism showing fingers and we quit the Hooters on the spot and decided not come here anymore. Normally if we call Manager, we though it will help us. But this guy showed finger very aggressively which is not acceptable. I am filling the case in consumer court shortly. We noted the names and don’t want to disclose in public for privacy. "Every food dish or beverage order is 30 min delay which really doesn't make sense to me, Getting Beer from tap doesn't make no sense to get after 30 minutes, not worth to afford to go this BAR anymore for happiness or hangout"

Ordered 2 Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches from Hooters Frisco (Via Uber Eats) and just look at the pictures of the food that was delivered. The Chicken for both the sandwiches were not completely cooked and was somewhat raw, and in one of the sandwiches, the buns was missing. In the other box, the fries were raw and not cooked! We ordered coleslaw, and got a condiment sized container of coleslaw, which costed $2.49. We called the restaurant Manager to advise him of the poor quality of food, and instead of apologizing for the substandard/inferior food they prepared, he began to explain that he could not issue a refund since it was ordered via Uber Eats, and by the way, we did not ask for a refund. The two sandwiches and coleslaw costed over $30, and absolutely nothing about those sandwiches were worth that much money. The food was not cooked properly, not presented properly, and was absolutely tasteless. The customer service from this establishment was absolutely unacceptable, as the Manager did not show any concern, nor did he care that a customer was dissatisfied. So much for wanting to spend a lovely evening enjoying Hooters “so called” popular buffalo sandwich! We will be sure to advise our friends and family to avoid that property at all cost, even if they offer free food.
