Jason's Deli — Restaurant in Frisco

I ordered a baked potato with no bacon, but they ended up smothering it with bacon anyway even though the printed reciept clearly had my dietary requirements on it. I called them and they offered to replace my order, so I went back. The manager was on the phone the entire time. They made me wait a good five minutes for my order instead of having it ready by the time I was there (They had a good 10-15 minutes to do so and the store was NOT busy at all). After the manager got off the phone, she didn't even apologize for the mixup, one of the workers did. And when I gave my previous order back to said worker, he looked confused since the manager didn't communicate with him that I was supposed to bring it back. No wonder they got the order wrong- there's no attention paid to detail, lack of care for how service goes, and no communication between the manager and workers. And the baked potato was subpar at best too. Find yourself another...

Everyone is always so nice here, if I could leave more stars-I would! We went in tonight to have dinner & our son wanted Mac & Cheese & a BIG sweet tea. But he wanted “a Big bowl” The manager was over & beyond accommodating. He let our son know that he would put his Kids mac & cheese in a bigger bowl & give him an extra scoop, then proceeded to give him a big drink free of charge. When our food was brought to the table the server was so nice & smiling. She handed our son his food & let him know they put an extra big scoop in there for him. In the times where I feel customer service can be lacking, it is never lacking at this location. Everytime we go, it’s clean, salad bar is fresh & amazing, we are always greeted with many smiles & you can tell the Team here truly enjoys working together. Can’t say enough nice things about this Team. Thank y’all for making our sons night with that BIG bowl of his favorite...

We got very excited when found out the salad bar was back. All of us put some salad on our plates, finished it, went to get more like we used to in the past, but were stopped by the manager saying that due to the new rules, now only one trip is allowed to the bar. That came as a huge surprise. And keep in mind, we were not told this when we were placing an order.

As an exception, he allowed us one more trip each, which obviously we were thankful for. But when we went back to the bar to fill the small plates which were given to us, with the dessert, he gave us an attitude regarding us going back for more, and he certainly was not nice or polite about it. He literally raised his voice so that all customers could hear it. Before the attitude happened, my review would've been 5 starts. Now I'm debating between 1 and 2, but I'm a nice guy. I will obviously be frequenting this...
