Jason's Deli — Restaurant in Frisco

I usually order lunch through the drive-thru, but I decided to try their breakfast instead. I pulled up to the drive-thru and waited for at least five minutes, maybe even more. I would have pulled off, but this was the closest location to my house, so I decided to walk in. As I walked in (I never said a word), a gentleman standing near the door immediately apologized, saying, “I’m sorry, I don’t work mornings, so I don’t have my headset on.” I responded and asked if they were open. He said yes, and we kind of looked at each other for a moment. He then asked if I wanted to order.

I ordered the avocado toast and tomato basil soup, which I believe I would have enjoyed at a different location. Both dishes were not fresh. The coffee, however, was amazing.

Lastly, I walked to several tables to find a seat, but all of them were dirty—the tables and chairs were both dirty.

I sat down, stomached my toasted, and left.

I never got my change! The gentleman was nowhere to be found.

There was one lady stocked the salad bar. She was very friendly, she greeted me with a smile, said good morning, guided me to the coffee and left me with a pleasant “enjoy”. I wish I would have...

I've been visiting this Jason's Deli for over two years and primarily because they have exceptional customer service and great fresh tasting food.Theres usually three people I deal with on regular basis and that Liz, Amanda and another gentleman who is a manager named Mike(He's a geek like me so we get along oh so well haha). They always go above and beyond to ensure that my experience is memorable. From recommending their must-try dishes to checking in on me frequently whether it's to go or dine-in, their attentive and friendly service truly make me feel valued as a customer.

The ingredients are always fresh, and the portions are generous enough so that you feel like your getting what you pay for. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also delightful, with cozy and comfortable seating, soft lighting, and great vibes.

Overall, I would highly recommend this Jason's Deli for their excellent customer service, super fresh food, and inviting atmosphere. Liz and Amanda and the other manager named Mike are the cherry on top of an already fantastic dining experience. They truly make my visits memorable every time and I'm definitely coming back for...

Since March I have been working primarily from home, and have eaten at this Jason's Deli on average about 3 times per week. I have always been impressed with the staff, the cleanliness, and the quality of the food. But I was very impressed with how quickly and efficiently they shifted their operations in response to the virus and the resulting government mandates. Going from primarily a sit down restaurant to overnight only curbside and take-out I am sure was no small task. There were a few times the drive-through line seemed longer than normal. But in those instances I simply parked out front, called in my order, and my food was quickly delivered curb side. Since returning to limited dine-in, I have always been greeted with a friendly smile and great service! During almost every visit, one of the managers will stop by to make sure my order was correct, and to ask if I need anything else.

In particular, I would single out Emily and Maria for going above and beyond on customer service. Emily knows my order when I walk in the restaurant, and Maria just makes everyone feel welcome!
