Well this review is extremely disappointing. After spending $60 + $20 tip on ICE CREAM we ended up with poor customer services and NOT WHAT WE ORDERED.
We ordered 2 grasshoppers for family member and after we pay they tell us that they are out of cookies and cream. We ask for a solution from the girl(Tea) working at the window and she had nothing but sarcastic responses. We asked her since you donât have what we ordered and you guys just got maximum tip amount can you at least up the size to the medium and she said no. Emma is a horrible team lead and âTeaâ is in the back laughing and on her phone while we have this whole conversation with them.
Very sad. We own a small family business and I would never hire girls like them to represent my business. She ends up with âIâm doing the best that I canâ and we drive off to them laughing.

I arrived there at approximately 10:25pm and the employee ignored us at the window for a few minutes then proceed to open the window, refused to help us, and told us they decided to close "early" that night. The employee in these exact words said, "we decided to close 'a few minutes early' " Mind you it was 35 minutes before the official schedule states closing. 35 minutes is in fact VERY FAR from "few minutes."
