Holy tasty treats, fellow Frisco peeps! I saw a post online about this new coffee shop and since I always try to support locally owned businesses, I put it on my to do list for the weekend and I'm so glad I did! Not only are all their pastries homemade, but they're freaking amazing! The coffee is also so smooth and not burnt (like some chains that shall not be named). They're still in their soft opening right now with a grand opening planned for the end of the month, and I plan on coming back with my daughter to grab more. One cool fact is they use their own coffee that's roasted in Jordan. The beans are Colombian and you can also buy some to take home.
Now to the food item breakdown: We wanted to bring home a bunch of treats to try (because they all looked so good) so we got the mixed berry tart, cherry cheesecake, San Sebastián, and carrot cake. These were all so fresh (especially the berries) and not overly sweet, which I really loved! The San Sebastián is like a vanilla cheesecake texture but a little softer and it comes with your choice of drizzle (white chocolate, milk chocolate, or pistachio).
For the drinks I grabbed a Rayhan pistachio latte with oat milk, and I can see why they were willing to put their name on it! SO GOOD! My friend got the Spanish Latte which is made with sweetened condensed milk and was very rich and also super tasty. And I brought home a strawberry mango smoothie for my daughter, and she drank the whole thing without complaint so I'm guessing that's good!
We got to taste test this hibiscus slushie thing they're working on and it was delicious AND would be great in the summer heat. It was also very cool to meet one of the owners who was working in the back, and the rest of the staff were super friendly and happy to explain different items and make suggestions. Chatting with the owner I learned he spends a lot of the day at a kitchen they have offsite baking and bringing fresh goods back and forth, which is wild! The owners are working crazy hard for this place so...
Read moreToday, we visited Rayhan for the 3rd time since they soft launched. The drinks, house-made desserts, sandwiches and salads are excellent! Rayhan is a family-owned business and they take such good care of their customers. The variety of options was especially important when a big group of us met today. They will go above and beyond to make sure we’re happy with our experience and order. Rayhan is a gem and we’re fortunate to have a wonderful new addition to Frisco. Here are some of my favorite things about Rayhan:
spacious and good for large groups open late until 10pm on weekdays and 11pm on weekends! offer savory options as well as house-made baked goods. They have an OJ machine so you can get fresh, squeezed orange juice! family-owned hospitality and care is unmatched. parking is easy and plentiful.

Read moreI’ve driven past this coffee shop everyday and finally decided to check it out. It’s cute inside, and quiet which is nice. There were a few people on laptops so nice place to sit and do some work/reading. My usual order lately has been iced latte blended with sugarfree vanilla and whole milk and heavy cream. I was so appreciative they informed me normally they put ice cream in their frappe drinks (as I am aware some places do that ) and I was able to do it without the addition. A coffee chain down the road didn’t bother to tell me they added their “blended mix” which was 60+g of sugar. Anyhoo, my blended drink from Rayhan was good. Strong coffee flavor which was nice. I’d definitely go back. (Drank some of the coffee before I decided to leave a review which is why cup looks...
