Response to owner: I provided feedback a year ago when this happened and no one contacted me. Nothing happened. Canned response.
I called them because there was a long blonde hair in my pizza, I spoke to someone who works at a different location but was there temporarily. He apologized and said let me get the manager on the phone. Then the gentleman came back and said, I’m not sure why but he’s refusing to get on the phone and he said no one here has blonde hair, and to tell you to text us a picture, it’s probably just cheese. The guy was apologizing and was so embarrassed. I mean…I know the difference between hair and cheese. I text them the picture and he said it was a hair from a mushroom. I mean what?? Hairy mushrooms?? I wasn’t looking for my money back, just letting them know so whomever it belonged to could wear their hair differently or something. But his attitude was so defensive and rude. He refused to do anything. The other guy was like I would’ve refunded you, that’s definitely hair, I don’t know what his problem is. Terrible service. Haven’t eaten there since. This was Feb 2022. I placed an order for delivery and delivery guy never showed up even though he said he knocked on my door for 15 minutes (which was a lie as I was tracking it an as soon as it was out for delivery I waited near my door. Then I noticed that tracker stated it was delivered. I called store and delivery guy was there with my Pizza! He said he would come back to deliver and would be at my house in 5-10 minutes. 35 minutes later not at my house yet. I called store I and they tracked him somewhere not close to my house but said I’m next! 20 minutes later I call again! It basically took almost 2 1/2 hours. Manager said it shouldn’t have happened and would put credit on my account. Yet another lied. Next time I order there was no credit an manager at store said he would have to see what manager was on duty but he could do nothing per their tracker stated it was delivered on time. I requested call back once he investigated issue. NO Call back. Obviously drivers are cheating on the app if they don’t deliver on time and mangers don’t care nor care about...

The manager, Victoria would not even provide a requested call back to explain her stance. Jaleel, the manager on staff, very nice, and courteous contacted me back to let me know that they would not make a $20 pizza (one pizza)order right because of the "store policy." I am one unhappy first time customer that will not be returning. This economy is horrendous. I could've went to the store and made a better pizza for less myself. I am happy that people read reviews because for one bad experience lets see how an already stressed business economy with several other options by way of service will provide profit for this store in the future.
