I'm a bit of a coffee snob and a purist. I always order the same thing "Iced Coffee Black (NO added flavors or sweeteners). I have gotten this drink at many different Starbucks in DFW and this Starbucks in Barnes and Noble @ Stonebriar Centre is by far the smoothest and best tasting roast I've had consistently every time I go. Because I don't add anything to the coffee, it is much easier for me to gauge the quality.
Also, The Iced Coffee (by default) comes with one pump of syrup. Because of this, I constantly have to have my drink corrected by baristas who are working on auto-pilot at other Starbucks. This location has yet to make that mistake of adding sweetener to my iced coffee.
The staff has always been friendly to me, or at the least courteous. This is a busy location so I understand if they are hustling and don't have a lot of time to chat.
I only gave this Starbucks 4 stars because they DO NOT accept Starbucks Cards. The rewards cards and the points you accumulate when you are a regular customer are great and for that reason, I simply won't go to this Starbucks very often.

I waited a little longer before I said something again. This time they said we must have lost your order. We gave the order and it was all wrong even though we repeated it back. The employees had really bad attitudes and appeared disgruntled. They were actually angry for my complaint of waiting after their mistake. Not one time did anyone say I apologize, or sorry about that. Instead I received an attitude as if I was bothering them along with their huffing and puffing. I also saw one employee pick up a smashed dirty cup from the floor and tell a customer, I found your order and laughed. The ladies and a tall skinny guy with glasses were all extremely rude. Expecting my drink when I had arrived the time that it was quoted. My drink had been sitting on the counter but as a Hot Latte instead of a Frappuccino, I had waited to see if my drink would be called to then realized that my drink had been messed up. When asking about the drink politely they had questioned what I was talking about and I had to show them the drink and then hand them it with the label so theyād understand that it was messed up, it had taken an additional 8-9 minutes to get another one that wasnāt even made properly. Iāve had some great experiences before on other days but today wasnāt it. Iāll be going to a different Starbucks next time. Could have had way better customer service.
