⭐⭐⭐ 3.5 Stars (but I’m feeling generous today, so let’s round up) Not gone lie—I pulled up expecting a huge arena with all-day free play. Something like American Ninja Warrior meets Dave & Buster’s. But nah
that wasn’t the setup. Still, my party of 4 (all adults in our fun-loving 30s and 40s) had a great time. We laughed, broke a sweat, and honestly acted like we were filming the pilot episode of Sibling Gladiators: Grown Edition. We booked a week ahead, showed up on time, and realized pretty quick: you gotta wait in line at each activity, and your 75-minute clock keeps ticking the whole time. So don’t expect to bounce freely from station to station without some downtime in between. Now let me hit y’all with my compliment sandwich (because I’m a foodie
aka the cuter version of Big Back 😌): đŸ„Ș Top Bun: Great energy, fun challenges, and a cool vibe for sibling bonding. Ayham was super informative and kept the energy hype—much appreciated! And Logan got a great shot of our crew, so shoutout to her for capturing the moment. đŸ–đŸ„“ The Filling: Not everything was working, and we didn’t get much guidance on how to actually play some of the games. Having staff stationed at each activity to explain the rules or reset things would’ve helped a lot. There was always someone at the soccer kicks, the big ski ⛷, the softball cage, and the basketball cage 🏀—so that helped. BUT Y’ALL
that softball cage needs to be fully enclosed. My eye almost got taken out twice while I was in line for the soccer ⚜ đŸ„… kicks. I say this with love—but if I lose a cornea, I will sue. 💰 And let’s be honest—it wasn’t a staffing issue. We saw at least 3–4 people just chilling at the front desk the entire time. That team could’ve been rotated around to help guests get the most out of the visit. Ayham—if y’all take this feedback and apply it in the next three months, you’re gonna be running smoother than that chicken place that’s closed on Sundays. 👀🐔 🍞 Bottom Bun: We still did what we came to do—laugh, move our bodies, and feel like athletic legends (for about 8 minutes at a time). ⚠ Caution (a.k.a. read the fine print!): DO NOT BUY A TICKET IF YOU’RE OVER 240 LBS. Unless you’re planning to be your crew’s MVP photographer—which is a noble role. If so, pop out anyway in your fly athletic fit so we can think you broke a sweat too! Would I go back? Yes. Would I also break a sweat bowling for 75 minutes instead? Also yes. But the sibling vibes? Unmatched. Follow me for more honest Google reviews—compliment sandwich compliant. đŸ„ȘđŸ’…đŸŸ

A fun experience ! Can easily spend 1-2 hours. A general admission ticket covers 100 points and you can use them to play a variety of simulated games which takes 15-30 points per game. Better to go as a pair or as a group to make most out of it. The parasailing, ice skating and basketball was great. The simulated games are also fun like step up, tennis, baseball and so on. The staff were very helpful and kind. Went on a saturday 3pm slot and was not too busy, may be because its new. Its an amazing place to go and have fun with friends and family and is located in the heart of Plano.

I'm sorry to report this but there's a lot of feedback for this place.

The time limit of the cards is fundamentally flawed when there is no enforced time limit on each activity meaning another group of people could sit on something for awhile and you might miss being able to try it within the 75 minutes which is especially bad if you have kids or a baby where bathroom breaks take up that time 2 If you have an entire business and building for coming up with fun ideas, it should not be easily trumped by getting your own vr headset or other activities for a similar price, if you play through each station it just feels uninspired or unpolished or the setup is not executed well or flawed in a way that makes it not fun like the ski, snowboard, boxing stations especially, it actually was irritating to play all 3 of these because the machines are not designed well. The guns for the shooting game are too heavy even for me who lifts weights, my wife and FIL could only do 1 round before being too tired to keep holding it, there's nothing to catch the ping pong balls for that station so its a constant back and forth with balls and it could be a little bit more exciting if youre setting up an autoshooter, needless to say that all stations have similar things about them and there's just no way we would return when even the staff said openly that they have never played one of the games, the vr hang gliding, one of the levels didn't load and was such a poor experience it almost made my wife sick and just felt clunky.

I'm writing this moreso for management just to say hey guys get it together seriously, its a neat idea but needs some serious quality of improvement and redesign, why would I go here when I could play beat saber, use my own vr headset or other activities for cheaper with no fear of missing out cause of the 90 minutes, these problems can be fixed but it'll be up to yall if you choose to for future visitors

I can't recommend this place...

went here over the weekend after being so excited to, and it was just
okay. I can easily see kids and families loving this and staying entertained for a while! but for just two of us, it was underwhelming
the value for $27 didn’t meet my expectations, but I still don’t feel ripped off, necessarily. we would likely only come back if there was some kind of special happening and/or maybe with a big group!

there’s definitely some cool stuff, though! the robot goalie is fun, but you’re limited to 6 shots and an attendant has to be there to operate the whole thing (which is the case for quite a few other games). some activities were a bit confusing and seemed glitchy, and some instructions would’ve been helpful. the ski simulator was exhausting for me but also so cool and immersive! it’s just unfortunate that our favorite thing out of all of it was the table soccer 😅

I was kinda interested in trying the paraglider until the attendant very awkwardly insinuated I was probably too heavy (I’ve got some wiggle room before I hit the limit), and then made me uncomfortable as soon as he tried for maybe half a second to awkwardly clip the clasp over my chest before giving up
after that, I immediately told him never mind and told my boyfriend to go for it instead. I don’t blame him too very because that is fragile, expensive equipment and it’s hard for basically anyone to communicate what he needed to. that being said, some training in that area could be helpful. perhaps by requesting them and their whole party to read the sign with the guidelines in a very not awkward, natural way?

overall, it was fine and we did have some fun. just not our cup of tea and that’s...
