Bosphorus Mediterranean Grill — Restaurant in Frisco

Coming off as an unsuspecting and tiny restaurant kiosk in a mall, Bosphorous Mediterranean Grill (Frisco location) is anything but. Every time I’ve come here I am always greeted with professionalism and courtesy; I feel welcomed and appreciated. The experience, service wise, is some of the best I’ve ever had. Truly, I can’t compliment them enough. Especially the owner and or manager, he’s a genuinely kind and respectful man that makes every experience memorable in the best of ways.

When it comes to the food, I can say about the same: it’s remarkable in every way, to me anyways. The meat is fresh, and the same appears to be with the vegetables. I’ve had just about every dish and side they have to offer at this point that I can say, without a doubt, this is genuinely some of the best food I’ve ever eaten.

honestly save ur money and dont even waste time going here, my mum is niqabi and they were giving her looks and laughing while saying something in their language, not sure what they said but its still rude, we ordered the falafel plate and the falafel was literally raw, the inside of the falafel was not even cooked and the salad tasted off. its shameful the only halal restaurant stand in the mall had low quality food and service, horrible service overall and my stomach got messed up and ive been throwing up all day, save your money and for the sake of ur health, dont go here. they werent sure if their meat was zabiha either,...

I had one of the worst dining experiences at Bosphorus. The food was absolutely terrible — undercooked, foul-smelling, and completely inedible. It was shocking how bad it tasted. I brought the food back, hoping they’d at least offer a replacement or a refund, but they didn’t even acknowledge the issue. No apology, no solution, just indifference.
