I went in this evening to order 3 sandwiches. There was a new young man (white) working and the Hispanic short manager working. The young man kept making mistakes and the manager seemed to be irritated with him. The young man had an AirPod in his ear. I told him on the flat bread I didn’t want it toasted. I stated I would like the meat heated (chicken and bacon). He only cooked the chicken. I asked him to cook the bacon. I ordered a 6 inch BMT with extra American cheese. The young man acknowledged me. He proceeded to not toast the sub and didn’t put extra cheese. I stated I wanted extra cheese and the sub toasted. He looked at me and said I thought you said you didn’t want it toasted. I said I wanted the sub toasted not the flat bread. The manager was going to put the veggies on my sub. I looked at the young guy and stated that I needed pepper jack cheese on the flat bread sandwiches since he didn’t ask what cheese. The manager said do you want this sandwich? I said yes, I just wanted him to know to put pepper jack cheese on the flat breads. The manager said, you can leave if you want to be like that. I said what? I am confused. He said you have an attitude. I said I don’t gave an attitude. I explained that I come there all the time. The manager said I don’t ever see you. I said I come in with my husband. He said I don’t care and I don’t see you. The young guy said do you want pepper jack on your sandwiches I said yes. I asked why do I have to keep saying that. The manager proceeds to say I won’t make your sandwich. I was so confused as I didn’t have an attitude. I put the chips down and left. I saw a family of 6 heading in for food and advised they shouldn’t as the employees both have bad attitudes. The dad thanked me and left without purchasing food. I did walk back in and told them that I will get the owners information so that I can let them know what happened. The manager stated okay they don’t care. I told the young guy to take his AirPods out so that he can listen to the customer. The young guy looked like he was high as well.

I went to this Subway location today at approximately 8:30 PM to pick up my online order.
In the past week alone, the same staff member has made multiple mistakes with my order, including failing to toast the bread, adding incorrect ingredients, or leaving items out entirely. Today, when I asked for the manager’s phone number to report the ongoing issues, the employee (male, mid-30s, claims to be the manager, limited English) went so far as to threaten to cancel my order.
On top of that, he simply dumps sandwiches in the trash instead of correcting them properly, showing no regard for waste or customer satisfaction. He is consistently rude, unapologetic, and dismissive — frankly, a big jerk to customers
This behavior is unacceptable. It reflects a loss to the store owner, a waste of my time, and causes embarrassment and inconvenience to customers who expect basic professionalism and accuracy in their orders.
I request that this matter be taken very seriously and addressed immediately. I also expect a response from Subway management outlining corrective action, as this type of conduct is damaging to both your brand and your loyal...

The first time, when I got home, the order was wrong and the sandwhiches were sloppily made and not wrapped and they use the same knife to cut through mustard then mayo. I blew it off and decided to give them another chance. Now this time I ordered two sandwhiches and upon arriving home both were made wrong (added, substituted, and missing ingredients) and not overlookable. Tried to call but mailbox is full. Drove all the back and politely informed the manager lady.. she proceeded to forcefully chuck the order in the trash and said, "You know, sometimes we get busy!" I said, "Yes, I'm busy too." She then was mummbling rudely with the other guy and I just had to shake my head and walk outside.. she was remaking the order so fast and sloppy I couldn't stand to watch.
