I would first like to say that I love your coffee and it is definitely top notch in comparison to other brands or even Starbucks. However the customer service you all provide is trash and the reason I can longer support your business. My favorite drink on your menu is the espresso milkshake. There is a picture on your website of this drink shown with whip cream on top. Seeing that one would expect that that is how your drink will be given to you. Before you check out there’s even an option to remove the whip cream if you’d like.
Unfortunately every time I go to order this and go to pick up my order or even this time I tried ordering it in person. The whip cream is never there, and I am given a lid with the assumption that I do not want to cream on my drink even though you guys advertise it with whip cream.
Each time ask one of the baristas if they can please add whip cream to my drink. This time I asked a young lady who looked at the sticker on my drink for verification before assisting me. I informed her this happens every time I order the drink I even told the woman at the cash register so I’m not sure why it’s not on the sticker. She eventually changed the lid and added a small dollop of whip cream before giving the drink back to me. Didn’t even bother to attempt to fill up the lid or make it look decent.
But regardless, for such a small thing it should not be a huge issue, and the lack of oversight on your end should go acknowledged but it never does. No one says anything and acts as though it’s normal. However maybe if my skin tone had a lighter complexion I would at least get an apology.
I’m not trying to be a Karen regarding something that is not the most healthiest thing to be consuming anyway. However please do understand that when you advertise a product as such, I expect to be given what I paid for. And it the unlikely event that a mistake is made I expect to be given the courtesy of at least acknowledging your failure. Maybe if your customer service changes in the future, I will consider revisiting your business. But for now, I guess I will have to deal with Starbucks , because at least they don’t give me this issue and know how to treat a customer...
Read moreFirst time there Saturday around 6pm. Found it online and looked like it could be something better than Starbucks, the pics online showed actual ceramic mugs with frothy designs on top the beverage; it came across to me as if it may resemble a nice warm European style coffee shoppe where you can sit and sip, reflect or just have a conversation etc. Our usual places are down by shops of legacy and didn’t feel like driving over there so we decided to try summer moon. It was basically a step down from Starbucks but equally expensive, staff was nice and the building itself was very cool. Atmosphere was missing, just noisy. My wife and I ordered cappuccinos, 12oz size which was served in a paper cup which is not what the pics showed lol (see pics online) but then the 12oz cup was actually 3oz of coffee, 4oz of froth and the rest was empty air space. We didn’t complain just finished up quickly and left, it wasn’t a horrible place just not what we were searching for, but the 3oz coffee in 12oz paper cup is ridiculous and it’s not an exaggeration, cup felt light as a feather lol, maybe it was an error by the prep person not sure. We did have some pastries which were good, a staff member asked if we wanted them warmed up which was a good idea. Disappointed in the overall experience, won’t go back but we always like trying new places. For now we’ll stick to shops at Legacy where for $27 you can still get an actual coffee mug.
Edit- added a star because the owner took the time to respond to my review and made some good points. I appreciate it. Perhaps we will give summer moon another opportunity and communicate better with the staff if something doesn’t seem right to us. It was the weekend and we went there with set expectations not being very flexible and not communicating our dissatisfactions to the staff. They might of been able to do something to turn the experience around for us but were not given the...
