Vitality Bowls — Restaurant in Frisco

HORRIBLE. NONCHALANT, YOUNG, UNCONCERNED & UNDERSTAFFED. Originally when this place opened it was great, unsure if it is under new ownership or management but it has become terrible. Ordered through DoorDash and was contacted about an item they were no longer offering that I had ordered, instead of offering a replacement for that ONE item out of the two on the order it was almost as if was the young lady was encouraging me to cancel the order (by me having to contact DoorDash) in its entirety. After me, as the customer, had to ask what it could be replaced with I still never ended up getting my order. I tried to give them another shot today, when I sent someone to order a kale salad and veggie panini, also to no avail, as the wait time exceeded 45 mins for two items in an empty store. Asked for the owner or manager, of course no one in leadership on staff. We were given a panini with meat as well (wrong). So 45 min wait, paid for, and wrong. Another day I ordered the Kale salad in the middle of the day and was told they had no kale. (11:00 am) on a weekday. Ridiculous. Great concept, great food (when they have it). Terrible customer service, you go in, your order is taken and the person disappears to the back forever. Either they are understaffed or just don’t care. Either way, only order or dine here if you have 30 mins to an hour to spare on...

First time here and we had a to-go order. Got the Immunity Acai Bowl, Kale Salad, and C Me Up Juice. Pros: Very clean and the staff was friendly, patient and answered all my questions. Everything looks and tastes healthy and most ingredients are organic. No added sugar, fillers, artificial preservatives, or trans fats. Everything is made fresh to order.. The Immunity Bowl was HEAVENLY and large enough to share. The juice was very fresh tasting and delicious. The carrot and ginger flavor were perfectly balanced. They don't use ice, so you get more concentrated juice for the money. We poured the juice over ice and it tasted even better. Lots of exciting flavor and textures and I will definitely come back and try a few of the other bowls and juices. Cons: Expensive and menu can be a bit overwhelming for newbies. Kale salad was fresh, but a little boring and dry. Needed more excitement and more dressing. It didn't help they were out of goat cheese, but they offered a choice of another topping and we picked red onion. When I got home, I added cherry tomatoes and few other things to make it perfect. So it’s me again I’m back to share some great news about Vitality bow Frisco/El Dorado.

A little while ago I was a little heated and I wrote a negative review about the change in container sizes. I typically order the Vitality bowl in a large. I typically pay $14 and some pennies(worth every bet) but on one visit, I ordered my usual, and paid my usual, but I received a much smaller container. Long story short, the young lady simply told me that they had changed their packaging.

Wait!! Without changing the price. So that’s what started the review.

I love this bowl so much I went back but not quietly. I expressed my dissatisfaction and frustration with my last visit and my smaller portion of Vitality bowl.

The manager Acknowledged my frustration and genuinely addressed what happened and asked me to continue being a customer.
