Clatter is the place to go- day or night! John has assembled the most amazing staff, that creates a unique atmosphere that’s welcoming and cozy. The baristas are knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating (especially Koda ❤️). The drinks are fantastic! Love the hot and cold golden milk, purple haze and at night- the Bees Knees! The food is interesting and well thought out. I love the breakfast sandwiches in the morning and the grilled cheese and tomato soup is as comforting as the place itself. The music at night is 🔥🔥🔥🔥! A great variety of genres of music.. and all very talented performers. The small stage area acoustics are perfect, creating a very personal experience with the musicians. The new bar they built has some wonderfully crafted cocktails!! There are not many coffee shops like this! Do yourself a favor and experience it for yourself! This is one of many reason why a small Appalachian town like Frostburg- is setting the pace!!

Clatter Cafe is a wonderful place to stop in, grab some delicious food and drink and relax. We stopped in for a late breakfast and were delighted with our meals. The breakfast sandwiches are tasty and very filling. Our kids loved the crepes. Try the parfaits or overnight oats for a meal that's both eye-catching and tasty. The staff was super friendly and helpful. There was outdoor seating up from and out back. I really want to come back in the evening for drinks and live music. We'll be back to Clatter the next time we are in town. Give this place a try.

We went for dinner and to listen to a jazz band play, which was very enjoyable. I liked it so much I went back for a breakfast sandwich and latte in the morning. Highly recommend!

Very cool place with awesome food! The only reason I give it 4 stars is because we were not aware that you had to go to the counter and order food. It was fine, we were just awkwardly waiting for someone to help us before a line of other people started ordering, then we caught on. Stopped by as I was visiting friends in town and asked the owner what I should get for breakfast. He suggested the Bagel Breakfast Sandwich. Here's the thing, there was nothing "unique" about it and it might have been the best breakfast sandwich I ever had! Got it on an everything bagel, with bacon, and hot sauce. Quality! I even debated coming back for lunch to get the exact same thing.
