Eastern Express — Restaurant in Frostburg

I just moved to MD and I have zero takeout near me. I hadn’t eaten delicious Chinese food in months. A coworker of mine gave me this place. I stopped right in and had a simple order. When I walked in the female at the counter was lacking interest in providing service, no big deal I’m there for good food I can overlook this. Well, I get home and open my food and the beef smelled like fish. I’m confused. I overlook that (I know I’m gross but I really wanted it lol) and chow down. The wonton soup I ordered was absolutely disgusting and tasted old, expired, dirty and just really really odd and disgusting. This place was HORRIBLE! ALL the tables were dirty. We had to ask them twice to clean them off. Then there was still liquid and food on the chairs that we had to clean up ourselves. I ordered the chicken wings; and they were already cooked. They keep them in the fridge and just warm them up when people order them. When our food came it was cold. The sauce wasn't even melted. It was still jelly. So i asked then to warm it up. When they brought it back it was still only warm, but at least it wasnt cold. However, when i tasted it, it was DISGUSTING! I couldnt even chew it. I was craving some Chinese food and decided to order .The man on the phone didn’t have the best attitude on the phone but did not penalize the establishment for it .I ordered the sesame chicken and crab ragoons . The meat was very old and dry , you can tell it has not been cooked recently and was just recooked . I could barely enjoy it , and could barely chew it . The rice was perfectly fine and enjoyed it .
