Chai Thai: Went on 5/21/25 and ordered my usual Godzilla Roll. My wife first noticed it looked nothing like what I usually get and was much smaller than usual. Still same price though and same description on a newer menu? She also noticed that her panang curry was a little different in taste and different ingredients (mainly the vegetables). She was not at all bothered by it but I was not really happy with my meal. Every time I get the Godzilla roll it taste great and fills me up. This time it was ok and I was still very hungry. After I checked my bill to make sure that my order was correct, I asked the lady if anything has changed because everything seemed different with our food. At first she said she remembers that we come here often and then proceeded to tell us that they are now under new ownership and that the sauces have changed? Not really digging the new changes so far and hope this is just a fluke. 168 & Siam: Restaurant just opened last week and I finally got a chance to try them out...Seriously the BEST Thai food I have ever had!!! The restaurant was very clean, spacious, and the staff are extremely friendly. My previous favorite is about 24 miles from me and now my new favorite is now only 3 miles away! I am very excited about this new restaurant and hope they continue to do so well. I cant wait to come again and try some new things. Today I got the chicken Pad Thai lunch special, which comes with soup of the day and a spring roll. ALL this food for LESS than $10!!! When it comes to lunch I usually order dinner portions because I eat a lot, however, I ended up ordering the lunch special and was not able to finish my whole meal. I AM SO FRIGGIN HAPPY ABOUT THIS NEW PLACE!!!

EDIT AFTER OWNER'S REPLY: HE/SHE CLAIMED THAT THE ENTIRE MEAL'S CHARGE WAS WAIVED - THAT IS A BIG FAT LIE. I SEE HOW THIS PLACE IS FULL OF LIES AND PRETENCE AFTER READING OWNER'S REPLY I AM SO GLAD I LEFT A ONE STAR REVIEW. We were excited to try this but we ended up being very disappointed. We waited for 10min before anybody even greeted us. After another good 15min wait we were finally seated, we waited for yet another 15min and had to get up and walk to the waitress to ask if they do table service/free to take our order. Food was terrible: ginger salad was a few chunks of my fist sized lettuce head unchopped, topped with a blob of grated ginger. Tom kha soup was lukewarm, with roots of shallot (I wonder how much dirty soil went into my soup). 2 types of sushi rolls we ordered were huge and messy and tasted so blah. The Pad Bai Kra Pao (famous Thai dish)we ordered turned out to be some terribly done watery Chinese stir fry / watery Mexican fajita looking dish. We hate wasting food but had to give up on this meal. Also, I have had Thai food and Japanese food growing up in many different countries including Thailand and Japan, this restaurant tops the “worst” list. Had to walk to get my check since waitresses were only prioritising cleaning up tables and do not lay their eyes on their customers. 3 other tables left/changed their dine in to take out. I honestly don’t know how they get all the good reviews - was this just our bad luck on their bad night or was there a recent change of chef / management???

This little spot is new to Middleburg, we usually travel about 30 mins to our (old) favorite Thai spot. This was an exceptional find! Everything from start to finish was perfect. The waitress was attentive, kind, and fast. The food was amazing. We were served chicken and rice soup and a spring roll as a starter to our meal. This chicken and rice soup was so delicious, the addition of the cilantro put it over the top. The spring roll was perfect and full of flavor. This place also offers sushi and hibachi, which I found a little odd, but we tried the sushi anyways... it did not disappoint! Everything was so fresh! Our main courses were typical Thai dishes and they were just as good as they looked!! One of my favorite parts though was the Iced Thai Tea, so good and will definitely stop by to grab one of those when wanting a sweet refreshing treat. The restaurant was very clean, the staff were all friendly (they welcomed us when we entered and thanked us when we left). Overall this has definitely moved to our number one Thai spot... the price for everything we ordered was around 50$ which is not bad at all for the quality of food and service. We highly recommend that if you’re in the middleburg area or just wanting to try something new, that you stop in and let this restaurant spoil your tastebuds without recking your budget...

Perhaps we may have arrived a bit too late. Nonetheless, we walked in and waited at the front counter for approx 10 mins before I walked over to the back counter where I noticed a cash register and thought to myself maybe we were in the wrong location since this was our first time here. I asked the guy behind the counter if I should order there. He said I should go back up front and someone will be right there to assist me. As I saw the lady approaching us - I spoke kindly and greeted her by saying hi, how are you? Her reply was “how can I help you”. So I assumed maybe she didn’t hear me and I repeated myself with the same kind greeting. Nonetheless, she replied back with her same condescending and passive aggressive response. How can I help you. From this moment I truly wanted to walk out but nonetheless - Grace was extended. She started to then complain about how busy they were (which the place wasn’t as busy at this particular moment). She was pointing to her head - as to notion she may have been exhausted. So I asked her would she be able to take our order. She replied yes. I proceeded to order the Pineapple fried rice with shrimp, crab Rangoon, Siam fried rice with shrimp and angel crispy wings and a Thai iced tea. Nonetheless, I spend almost 60 dollars on all of this food. Not only was every single dish extremely nasty but even the Thai iced tea tasted as if - maybe it was something old left behind. Not to mention I would have expected better customer service even when waiting to place the order - maybe start by saying hi, I apologize about your wait - how can I assist you? We would never go back to this place again. I only tried this place because the reviews seemed fairly decent but my experience was absolutely horrible. May I add I was never rude or anything. I’m just highly disappointed and I am even more devastated with the money we lost. I still have my receipt. May I also add after placing the order for the wings I asked her approx how many wings would be included - she replied she didn’t know how many wings maybe 4/5 wings. I was confused about this because I’ve never heard anyone say - I don’t know how many chicken wings we can give you. Maybe we should have dined in rather than taking the food to go. I don’t expect any money back because it doesn’t seem like they would take any responsibly for not only the extreme lack of quality for their food but their hostile customer service. Nonetheless, We placed the food in...

My son & I enjoyed lunch here a while back & decided to try this place for dinner. Su was our server. Su took our drink order & when she arrived with our drinks we had to ask for a sushi menu which wasn’t a big deal, but after that the service was just blatantly rude. I ordered the clear soup, it was ok but garlic or something similar overpowered the soup and I’ve never had clear soup taste so strong. No big deal, we moved on to the appetizer, potstickers. They were delicious, the best part of our dining experience. We also ordered 4 sushi rolls from the tempura sushi (cooked) selection, I had 2 and my son had 2. I had one that came out with more than 1/2 the pieces still raw & my son had one roll that came out completely raw by mistake. He waited until the server came by, asked her if it was the correct roll he ordered, she picked up his plate, looked at it, said no & stated they do not make corrections that we had to order the correct roll in addition, even though it was her mistake putting in for a JB roll (raw) instead of the JP roll (cooked). Again, no big deal, we ordered the correct roll and waited but she placed the plate of raw sushi back on the table & we moved it to the edge so she knew it was ok to grab when she came back around. She came back around, asked if we wanted a box, we politely declined and asked her to take the plate away. She ignored us and walked off. When the new roll arrived to the table, it was completely raw as well & now we have 2 fully raw rolls on the table. We asked Su to remove both plates of raw sushi from the table but she grunted, rolled her eyes & walked away. We were understanding through the mistakes & waited patiently through the corrections but treated very poorly in return, that’s the part I’m not ok with. She brought the check before the correct roll even arrived, making us feel like she was rushing us out. I paid for each and every roll including the ones that came to the table incorrectly & raw. Unfortunately, we will never go back. Mistakes happen all the time in restaurants but there is a way to be polite, make things right & move on but this place doesn’t appear to operate this way. I have no problem paying for it all but humble kindness goes a long way. My son and I kind of giggled after we got in the car to head home, not because it was funny but because $77 later we were confused and still hungry! It was quite...

#1 - DO NOT pay for your food online. Certainly DO NOT tip for your order online We ordered $115 worth of food online and were told it could be picked up at 8pm. We showed up at 8:10 and about 1/4 of our order was ready. We were told they were making it so we took a seat. On the way to the waiting area seats, we noticed that 2/3rds of the tables in the restaurants were full of dishes and food that had not yet been cleared. There were only 2 tables with people eating, so this was the first sign something wasn’t right. After 15 minutes(25 minutes after our food was supposed to be ready” I walked back up and asked how much longer, I was asked what I had ordered, I tried to tell them but none of them spoke good English. I was frustrated at this point. I kept giving them my name and asking why they need to know what I ordered if part of it was already ready (that part of the order now 30 minutes old) at this point, the older bald guy suddenly spoke great English and told me he doesn’t own the restaurant and doesn’t know what I ordered or how long it will be until it’s ready. I immediately said I wanted a refund…. Here is where rule #1 at this awful, deceitful restaurant comes into play… once I asked for a refund, suddenly in perfect English again , I was told THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR ONLINE ORDERS!!!!!!! I was told to calm down by my wife at this point, I mentioned calling the police at this point and they all disappeared. My wife continued to keep me calm but we still had no idea what was going on. About 5 minutes later they had the rest of our order ready and basically shoved it in our hands, with no apologies.

The food is pretty good. I will give them that much. But don’t prepay and don’t expect anything that resembles customer service or empathy. Until I threatened the police they couldn’t speak English and couldn’t tell me when the rest of food would be ready.

They are the epitome of foreigners that don’t give a d&$m about...
