Worst Chik-fil-a I've ever been to! After the fourth time I've been and had the order incorrectly filled EVERY time. I watched the staff Snapchatting while the driver thru was packed with cars. The girl at the cash register was to busy trying to participate in the Snapchatting to correctly put my order together. She was rude and had an attitude when I asked for no ice and extra pickles. Couldn't be bothered to give me the extra pickles or side of pickles. I like pickles, they never put extra pickles on and I have to ask for side of pickles. Neither was done. When asking for no ice (because ice waters the soda mixture down) she stopped over an inch from the drinks top. These are large beverages and soda is the cheapest item for them to purchase and allows the greatest profit margin they make in the fast food industry. On my way home I was checking the bag for the side of pickles and had to turn around and go back. When I walked up to the register she basically said she "rang everything up correctly" which was an acknowledgement that she knew something was done wrong but was avoiding responsibility. How hard is it to put pickles in a plastic container and in a bag. And why are they all Snapchatting during work. This place has a ton of people just standing around. I will be contacting managment and corporate office. This is 4 times I've been, 4 times they screwed up a very simple order. I don't want free food, I just want my money back so I can spend it at a business that actually values their customers and shows that in their portion of the business-customer relationship. Read moreI know this is going to sound like a complaint but it’s a simple observation. I went to Walmart to get the chick fil a avocado lime ranch sauce in a bottle. They had none in stock. There was not even a slot for it on the shelf. So I said. Hey I got an idea. I’ll go down the road half a mile to the source of the sauce the restaurant. So I go to chick fil an and order 8 packets of sauce and a sprite I hand the lady my card she says I’m all good. I go to the window and receive 2 sauces. I tell them I ordered 8 sauces I hand them my receipt it says 8 sauces. The a window clerk appears and starts complaining at me that I’m only getting two sauces that’s it if I want more I have to go to Walmart. I told him I was just there and I said. I want my sauces. He told me no. I said I will happily pay for the sauces, I thought i already paid for and the 8 sauces was on the receipt they handed me. So long story short don’t expect to get what you order from chick fil a. They might give you a receipt. But they will snub you at the window. Those commercials they have for all the happy customers that have these one in a hundred million stories about peoples good experiences at the restaurant. Read moreIt is very disheartening to say this about this location but tonight was the worst experience my wife and I had ever since it has opened. We went in and ordered our basic meal, nothing special. A spicy chicken meal and a regular chicken meal with a milk shake. Not rocket science. Our reciept showed 6:14p.m when we paid. After sitting down and waiting for our food to come 20 minutes went by and 2 people who came in behind us and maybe waited 10 minutes, were served. I do understand being busy but at 6:43p.m I asked for the manager, when she came to the counter after being told to tell me to wait a few more minutes because she was busy. I am extremely disappointed in the service this time round. Even the staff delivering other tables wondered aimlessly around the dining area with peoples food having a hard time locating where it needed to go. I firmly believe this comes down to poor hiring, scheduling and training. I will not be coming back to this location for some time if even ever again. I also believe after you explain to the staff that took my money that you have been waiting at the point of 15 minutes on my first complaint, that "we are very busy and we will get your food out as soon as possible" and then to see folks being served ahead of me. I am sorry that is just a poor excuse for customer service. I really hope you get this issue fixed because alot more folks will stay away soon...
