WORST SUBWAY EVER. Y’all need to overhaul the workers here because I’ve been here probably 20+ times (it’s in Walmart so it’s convenient) and EVERY TIME was a horrible experience. The workers are ghetto, rude, confrontational for no reason. I am always very kind and met with nothing but attitude and bad customer service for no reason.
One time I went a larger girl/woman with dark hair and a ghetto accent as a white girl was almost throwing bread around and refused to come take my order for a very long time complaining about work. Very rude to me and acted like it was a problem she had to do her job.
The same girl again when I went on may 9th 2023 around 4pm talking on the phone while making I assume to go orders - she was talking badly about customers and cussing while on the phone which is extremely unprofessional. No reason to be doing all that while you’re working!! We all have bad days, the skinny young man that took my order seemed embarrassed by her behavior (or I would hope so) but he was rude, threw together the sandwich so it was falling apart when I tried to eat it. Also he didn’t hand me the sub I had to reach way behind the register to get the sub.
Another time I went there was maybe the same girl idk with black hair cussing out customers for absolutely no reason. I don’t care what kind of day you’re having, what kind of customers you have. If you can’t handle customer service go do a job where you don’t have to talk to people!! It’s that simple there are plenty of stocking and warehouse jobs. I’ve had much worse customers in my time and still treated people with kindness.

Read moreToday I was at subway with my kids and I was looking at some coupons a young man behind the counter saw me looking at them. That was left by another customer that comes in the mailbox every month. So the disrespectful young man told the other young lady that was making sandwiches his wife. And I ask both what was the problem. The young man call me a (B) in front of my kids and got very aggressive. Till the young lady made him go in the back. Then when he keep on saying disrespectful things I responded to his remarks of calling me out my name. Then the young lady told me to leave when I ask what time will the opening management will be in. I'll be back tomorrow to talk with the manager. They informed me that one of the managers was standing there talking with some guys three of them in the lobby. And when I ask her so I can't get service she said they had the right not to service me. But keep in mind this just not no small talk between me and her aggressive loud staff. Both of the staff behind the counter got very disrespectful and made many threats. And the manager never move or said one word about their behavior. So as I was leaving two young men came to me and said that's not the 1st time this happened. Like I told them I can care less about them service me. But the threats and for the manager to not address the issue is a problem. Cause no staff should not have to hold back a young man back from trying to threatening anyone. Read morePlaced an online order while standing right outside the store. At 9:18 pm. It said online orders stop at 9:30. I sent my husband in to get the order while I shopped. The guy working told my husband they were closed and he told him we placed and paid for an online order which we see him pickup at the register so we knew he had it. He was mad but finally made our sandwiches which were nothing like the ones we usually get with veggies and items on them. Very scar on items.
