Lakayanm Restaurant is a hidden gem tucked inside of a busy strip mall off of College Street in Orange Park, Fl. What the place lacks in interior ambiance, it more than makes up in the taste and flavor in the food. My wife ordered the fried snapper and I had the fried turkey meals. The food was plentiful, flavorful and delicious. This is traditional Caribbean food so you will have to wait when you order (food made to order) and there will be bones in your meal. This is definitely a work of love. I was surprised that the place was not busy during the lunchtime rush but with the way this food tasted, hopefully that will change.
