First off if I could give QBF a zero I would.. I see that there are a lot of ppl on here with great reviews and experiences; sad to say that I definitely could not relate.. my experience with this company was absolutely TERRRIBLE.. So letās start my mentioning that I just relocated to the JAX area from Jersey for my job. I chose QBF because I found them online and they were centrally located near where my new residence was going to be. I went there on two separate days. My second day going there was June 19th. After being there for awhile me and my girlfriend decided that we were going to purchase a California king size bed, mattress and bed-end bench. My intention the entire time was to make a purchase before my move in date of July 2nd to give them time to get the product in time for my actual move in date.. upon finalizing our decision I asked my salesman would they be able to get the furniture in time for my move in date and deliver it on July 2nd. If not then I wouldnāt be purchasing the bed set from them. My salesman told me yes that they could definitely make it happen. So I told him after negotiating the price a LIL, that we decided that we would move forward with the purchase. They drew up the paperwork and I paid in full right on the spot, approx 2500 dollars. We went through entire process of adding delivery and assembly and I was instructed to initial my signature in the spot marked on the paper in which I did. Fast forward to July 2nd, my move in date. On this day I was dealing with the normal moving circumstances with unloading and unpacking my household goods. The time gets to about 5pm and Iām wondering where my bedroom furniture is cause it was getting late and I knew they close around 7pm. This prompted me to call QBF to get an update on my the status of my delivery. The person who answered the phone proceeded to tell me that they donāt deliver on Mondays and donāt have delivery guys there on mondays. He then put me on hold and out my initial salesman on the phone. To make a long useless conversation short the salesman went on to basically say that he never told me that they could deliver my furniture on July 2nd and there is no way that he ever told me that it could happen. At this point I felt as though he was basically calling me a liar. He went on to say if I look at my receipt that is says ācall on arrivalā. So I pull out my receipt and it says it in very very very very tiny handwriting over top of my initials. What this salesman did was take the entire carbon copy of the receipt after I signed it, went back to the desk, wrote that tiny message on the paper, then detached my copy and gave it to me. The salesman never point out the message on the receipt either. SMH. I told them that I would be making my way up to the store My girlfriend went up to the store and the salesman time was completely different. While she was there in person he was extremely apologetic and stating that he was sorry for any miscommunication. She went on to ask when would our bed set be in for delivery. They responded with telling her that our mattress was there already but the bed and bed bench wasnāt on their shipment and had no idea why. They said they called the manufacturer and basically the company had no idea of why the bed wasnāt shipped as well. QBF asked my girlfriend if we wanted the mattress delivered that day and she told them yes cause we have no bed to sleep on due to this entire mishap. Also she asked when the bed would be in for delivery and they told her it would be in in a week and they would cover the second delivery charge. Fast forward a few days and I receive an email from QBF stating that they need me to call the store. I immediately call them and my salesman picks up the phone and says , I have some bad news; āIām sorry but the bed that you ordered is unavailable/ out of stock and we wouldnāt be able to even get it for around 6-8 weeks.ā He also added info that he never disclosed with me before in stating when he went to order the set on June 19th the CPU was reading zero in stock so he...

I wasn't sure the items would work in my home, but was promised a "10 night guarantee" by the owner, Matt, in front of my salesman, Mike, as a witness.
The furniture was delivered on April 20th and my experience with the delivery/installers was fantastic. I had not moved in the house yet, so when I finally did on April 27th, I called the store to let them know that some items were not going to work and needed to be exchanged or returned. The mattress does not work with the adjustable bed as they promised it would. It's not foam so it does not bend with the frame as it should making this nearly $3,000 purchase a complete waste and dangerous for my little kids to roll off. See picture below.
Also, the bed chosen for my kids did not fit in their room and has a design flaw which is not great for my kids safety and I just wanted to return or exchange for something else. The items were all brand new and unused and I was promised it would be no problem if anything didn't work out.
On April 29th, Mike called me back to verify my purchase information and said Matt (the owner) would call me right back. However, Matt did not call back. I had to call 3 more times to eventually catch him at the store and he did told me he would personally call me right back and everything would be taken care of.
I waited patiently for several days again with no response and finally started calling them again. This time Mike changed his tone from the friendly salesman and stated that their receipts say all sales were final or that there would be a 30% restocking fee. I reminded him that the owner promised a 10 Night guarantee and had already told me he would take care of it. Mike responded that Matt is known to make different deals with different people, but he is the owner so he could do whatever he wants. I may have been agreeable to a reasonable restocking fee, but again no one called me back.
I've waited patiently for almost a month now including over 5 phone calls and texts with the result so far being these guys are simply not keeping their word.
I called again, this time Mike said that Matt was going through some personal issues and promised they would get back to me. That was over a week ago and it's time to realize the sad truth that they have blown me off despite my cordial and reasonable requests and their promises.
I'm a small business owner as well and understand that things happen and we all get busy, but they did not treat me this way in person when I spent over $5,000. I value consistency and honesty in a business and this has been far from it.
I have all my notes, dates, call logs and facts necessary and am simply requesting that this company do what we all agreed on. I was more than willing to be reasonable and flexible on returning or exchanging the items, but at this point I feel I'm being forced to take public and legal action to encourage these guys to to keep their word. This has been a stressful situation and attorney fees might be necessary going forward, but I will do what I have to do to protect the integrity of our agreement.
My family has spent over $10,000 with this store this year alone and I have referred several people to them in the past. I thought they were good people. That's what makes this so unfortunate. The 2 stars are because I did like them and still have some hope they may come around. It's possibly they just keep forgetting or have some circumstances taking priority, but so far our agreement and their words have not been taken seriously.

I was aware of the wait times due to the supply and demand of the furniture market during the pandemic. On August 15 a sales rep called me to let me know my sales rep had a death in the family but that things were still on track for delivery for September 1st. Never heard anything again till September 2 around 10:30 am which the sales rep told me that my furniture was going to be delivered Wednesday September 2 (the day hes calling me) or Thursday the 3rd between 11-3 i told them i was already at work for the day and i couldn't just go home and they told me they would call me back they were just waiting on the headboard for a final date but that it was in Jacksonville, at 4 pm Noah called me and i explained that we weren't able to take time off in that short of a notice and he informed me that the owner of Quality bedding and the owner of the delivery company were offshore fishing together so he wouldn't be able to talk to them until Thursday September 3 and he would call me back and let me know then, we spoke of Friday September 4 and i told him sometimes my boyfriend is off on Fridays so it could work out.. Never heard from the business on Thursday September 3. Friday my boyfriend ended up taking off so he could be there for the furniture, they never showed up. I called them at 2:30 when he told me they still weren't there and we are suppose to leave as soon as i get off work to go out of town at 4 pm. They informed me they were going to deliver our furniture on Saturday September 5 without even asking us if that was okay, if we had plans it was Labor day weekend. Then Noah proceeds to say its MY fault for not calling HIM back, that my communication was the issue. we were two hours late to leave for our vacation and we missed our ride and ended up having to drive ourselves and my boyfriend was out of 8 hours of pay which he didn't even need to take off for because they did not deliver till 4:30 and I was already off of work. THEN to make my experience so much better the dresser arrives damaged, structure damage, only the bottom drawers can open and close out of 9 drawers.Noah then calls around 7 to proceed to tell me "this is what happens when we rush" which he said multiple times and he told me he would call me back Saturday September 5 with a estimated date for the new dresser because we have been living in boxes since JULY 3rd when this was ordered... HE NEVER CALLED BACK. I had to call him Saturday at 6 pm they close at 7 pm for him to tell me "oh i was going to call". I will honestly never use this company or ever recommend this company to anyone they wouldn't even refund the 150$ delivery fee for all the inconveniences they caused and they told me the manager of the delivery company and the manager of Quality bedding wasn't going to get involved. Poor customer service. Clearly doesn't care about the customers or making things right, i wanted to order a additional night stand because we were unsure if this was going to fit when we initially ordered and my mother in-law was going to order a bed set from them but they lost all of...
